Our guests have two local phone numbers to call/text during their stay to ensure they can reach someone quickly. The guests called and texted both of the contact phone numbers provided. We responded within minutes by text and called them right back with a door code that got them in. The issue was resolved immediately. What the guest is referring to is the second person handling the phones checked in with them a few hours later to ensure all was well. They are commenting on the fact that the courtesy call back was hours later. As for the parking behind the home, a neighbor parked in their spot, (which they should not have done), again the issue was identified (neighbor) and resolved quickly to get them on their way. I believe the review reflects a case of emotions running high, given the nature of their visit, rather than response time. The property and the location get high marks.
