親切な対応をしていただきました！

オーナーさんがとても優しく、領収書発行にも親切に迅速に対応していただき、助かりました。お部屋もとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。歯ブラシが置いてあると思っていたのですが、見当たらなかったのが少し残念でした。駅から近くてグループで安く泊まるにはとても良いと思いました。ありがとうございました。

1. The property was not close to what's shown on the listing as far as the decor. The walls are covered with dark gray wallpapers thoughout the house. 2. There are no table and no chairs for family to sit down and have a meal together. We had to sit on the stairs. If there is a kitchen then the minimum of table and chairs should be set up. The bedroom adjacent to the kitchen should be converted. 3. There were not enough dishes and utensils for 11. So i communicated to the firm and they provided enough for us next day. 4. The property is located adjacent to the rail road track. So it is noisy until 12 midnight and 5am in the morning. Sometimes freight train comes thru 3am. 5. There are enough supply of washing machine soap, shampoo and body soap. 6. The instructions for trash is clear but the instructions to put the trash outside should be included rather than keeping them inside of the house. There are enough garbage bins outside of the house to use.

Property for large group in good location

Overall the property was ideal for the size of our group of 12. The location was also good being a short walk to the JR line. However there was no seating area or dining table which for our mix of adults and children was difficult to manage. This was not adequately described in the property listing. If this isn’t an issue then I recommend this property.

Great, quiet, place to stay.

Easy access to the train, great place to retire too after a long day in the city. We had the entire place and it was comfortable for us all.

Nice Group Stay

Myself and my group had a great time staying at this home. We rented the whole building and all the rooms available. It was about an 8-10 minute walk to the nearest station and the main line for this station took us basically to everywhere we needed to go in tokyo! There was one small hiccup with check in where the home was still being cleaned and prepped after the check in time.
