We enjoyed our stay overall, and the home itself is in a beautiful oceanfront location. The hosts were pleasant to work with, and we appreciated that the property is pet friendly. That said, we were disappointed with the level of cleanliness and maintenance, especially given the premium price of the home. We found beer cans under one of the beds, noticeable dog hair underneath much of the furniture, and mold inside the ice maker. There were also a few maintenance issues, including missing lightbulbs in some fixtures and damaged wall molding in a couple of the rooms.None of these issues ruined our vacation, but for a home in this price range, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. With more attention to detail between guests, this property could easily provide the five-star experience its location deserves.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful oceanfront location, found the home pet friendly, and had a pleasant experience working with our team. We're sorry to hear that some aspects of the home's cleanliness and maintenance did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide every guest with a five-star experience, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for follow-up. We do wish we had known about these concerns during your stay, as we were never contacted about them. Had we been made aware, we would have gladly sent our housekeeping team back to address the issues and resolve them while you were still enjoying your vacation. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. Thanks for trippin' with iTrip!

Memories made

We had such a wonderful stay at this home with our adult kids. One of our favorite features was that every bedroom had its own bathroom such a game changer for a big family. The open-concept kitchen and living area were spacious and perfect for being together, and the porch overlooking the ocean had the most stunning sunset views each evening. We also loved the outdoor setup, especially the large table where we could all sit together, and having three golf carts made getting around easy and fun. The downstairs space, with the swing, brought back such sweet childhood memories and made the whole experience feel even more special. Most of all, we’re so grateful for the memories our family made here. It was a truly special time together, and we would absolutely stay again.
