We had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean, large, with beautiful views, and we couldn’t have been happier. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied, and we had all of the cooking utensils and eating utensils we needed. There were plenty of glasses, plates, cooking pans and bakeware, and a great icemaker that we really put to use. The location is superb. We had our own private beach, which was marvelous. We enjoyed playing golf at the Bald Head Island Club, and swimming in the beautiful beach. Everything was located so conveniently. Thank you for a great time!

This was our first time to visit Bald Island and we loved it. The house was great, very open with a well stocked kitchen. Our family likes to cook, so this was a plus for us. Every bedroom has a deck plus Screened porch off the dining/living area and one beside the front porch. Plenty of space to gather together,plus space to find some solitude when you need it. There is a small Den upstairs in addition to the large open living space downstairs. There were plenty of bathrooms. However, the bedroom with the double bed and two bunks is more suited to children, than adults. There were also books and games, if didn't bring your own. It is on the west end of the island. The water is calmer there, if you have smaller children or do not like big waves. There are numerous beach access paths if you want to check out other beach areas. Everything on the island is very convenient and easy to navigate. You can get everything you need on the island. The two golf carts plus 4 bikes made it easy and convenient to get around the island. There are lots of birds, plus a forest. It really is a unique place. Be sure to take advantage of all the things to do on the island, as well as enjoy the beach. Fishing appeared to be very popular.

Fantastic island vacation

This house exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean, the view was splendid. We loved looking out onto the marina and watching the ferry come and go. We will definitely return. We were impressed with the amenities of the house and the helpfulness of the iTrip staff. They went out of their way to provide information about BHI and the surrounding area.

Summer family holiday

The home we rented was very nice and has a beautiful vista of the water way. The house was beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed. The hose was clean and well organized. We did have a problem with one of the carts and the ITrip stall were able to have it send to a local location that was able to solve the problem. We plan on using ITrip nest year too! Great company.

Perfect home on BHI

We’ve been coming to BHI for over 10 years now. We have rented about 6 different properties and this was by far the best one. The views are amazing, with numerous porches to relax on. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. The house was already stocked with all necessary toiletries, paper products, etc. which made our arrival less stressful. The communication from the management company was great…they were always available to answer any questions/concerns. Will definitely be back!!

Memorial Day weekend at Green Teal

Beautiful property with all the amenities! Given we had young and old adults together, having two golf carts was super! Peaceful location with views from each side of the property, to include Old Baldy, the Atlantic and BHI marina.

Amazing 2nd time stay! Soo happy!

Our first stay was so magical that we decided to go back for a 2nd time! We were naturally nervous that we wouldn't have the same experience, but let me tell you it was better! iTrip was super nice and responsive. The rental is now pet friendly so we brought our two dogs and they loved it so much! Like they were smiling! We also invited a couple new family members and they had such a good time they wont stop talking about it! The house has such a beautiful energy! The views are gorgeous! The home has its own beach access and the kids loved boogie boarding there. This property has everything you need for the beach and for cooking at home. We loved cooking there so much we only went to a restaurant once. The grocery store there has everything you need. The golf carts worked great to move around the island. The sunrise on East Beach, and sunset on South Beach were absolutely magical! Stargazing while listening to the ocean waves was one of my favorite things to do (they even have zero gravity chairs there for you) We also love our long walks on the beach while drinking an iced latte from Midway Coffee and finding beautiful sea shells! The list goes on! We had such a good time we are definitely going to keep coming back! We already miss it so much!

Loved this home!!

We rented this home with our high school and college aged kids for spring break. We flew from Austin so couldn’t bring much. This house had everything we needed and more for the beach and cooking meals. Every room has a balcony so the kids had their own space. The beach was wonderful and our private little spot. The island was beautiful but not a lot open to eat because of the time we traveled. We made due with trips to the market. Highly recommend this home and this location.

Our stay at Green Teal Trail was amazing! We celebrated my wife’s 65th Birthday with our family. The property space was very clean, spacious and accommodating for our family as well as for chef services. The property was equipped with games, sports and beach equipment, well prepared for incoming guests. Ocean views were spectacular and golf carts were accommodating! We would definitely stay at this location again for future visits!

Easy access location and well Appointed!

The property was clean and well appointed. It had easy access to and from the ferry area and some of the restaurants in the area. The property management group was excellent in their communications.

Amazing weekend at Bald Head!

We absolutely loved our stay at Green Teal. It was the perfect size for our family just celebrate 2 80th birthdays. The house was in such an easy location to pick up everyone and drop them back off at the ferry. We love the beach right outside the home and all the fabulous screened in porches on all sides. All directions were very easy to understand and golf carts were in great working order. it was a great weekend for everybody and we hope to come back!

A wonderful 2 weeks

We arrived on July 5 th and when we got to the property it was in excellent condition and very clean. Lots of notes below multi switch to let us know what each switch controls. The house was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. The note book of directions was very helpful for us. We had a few minor issues that were prompting addressed. I’d highly recommend this business for your next visit to Bald Head Island.

17 Green Teal is a beautiful home. We came to Bald Head for our Goddaughters wedding and to spend time with our family. The home was immaculate and so perfect for our 2 year old grandson. The house is close to the marina, light house and Chapel and beach. Having a large kitchen is essential with a toddler and Green Teal exceeded our expectations, with top of the line appliances and so well stocked with everything. Screened porches were a bonus! Overall, a solid 5 star.

Perfect Fall Break

We had a great stay for Fall Break 2023. Great location and great house. Would of loved for the beach to be deeper like on South Beach but was still great and secluded. Only issue we had was the employee parking lot is behind the house and tends to be 'loud' early mornings....

Family Vacation Paradise

Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers had an amazing time on Bald Head Island! We loved the beaches, the golf cart transportation, and the feeling of the island. Blue Teal was the perfect vacation home for us. Everyone was comfortable, it was close to the beach and equipped with everything we needed and wanted. A fabulous home! iTrips took excellent care of us before and during our stay by staying in touch via texting. They were just amazing.

Great getaway at BHI! :)

Overall, the property was just as advertised and we had a wonderful stay! Location of the property is great and very clean. Check-in and checkout process was seamless and the host was very easy to get in touch with. They provided all the information we needed before the weekend and provided additional resources at the property when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Perfect family trip

It was our 12th time on the island and the family size required a larger home. This was a perfect place! Easy access to the water. Pictures and info was spot on. Favorite place to hang out was the large screened porch off the kitchen!!
