I couldn't access the house. The owner didn't respond, didn't provide me with a password, or any kind of access to the house.I tried contacting you via chat, but you couldn't help me at all! Terrible service!I was left stranded with my family, my dog, and our food in the trunk of the car, which spoiled because we didn't have refrigeration.This isn't fair!I paid for my entire stay in advance and had nowhere to sleep with my family!And no one answers me!According to the Great Blue Resorts manager, the house is for sale, and they can't even reach the owner!How can you allow an irresponsible person to do this to a customer? Is this the kind of service VRBO provides?I demand all my money back and compensation for all the inconvenience and suffering my family has experienced.I demand that VRBO resolve this and compensate me for everything!
