Cozy four seasons cottage on Rice Lake, perfect to enjoy with family or friends. A place to swim and fish in the summer and to snowmobile on the trails during the winter. Close to all amenities, grocery store and LCBO within 10 minutes. One and a half hour from the GTA. Two bedrooms in the main cottage and a games room over looking the water. Pullout couch in boathouse. Boat launch down the street. Full kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave, washer/dryer. Huge deck and two docks to enjoy the view of the lake.

Beautiful Thanksgiving stay . Main cottage very comfortable and functional. 2 smaller buildings also had a sleeping possibilities Nice welcoming touch was a complementary bottle of delicious vine. Plenty of firewood to use at chilly evenings Well equipped kitchen . Overall very nice and restful stay.

Great location. Perfect sized cottage for families. Plenty of fish off the dock. I just dont understand the 200 cleaning fee when we need to drive our own garbage and recycling

Great spot overall. The boat is well protected and there is AC both upstairs and downstairs. Laundry machines and fridge work well. There are two separate bunkies. One is a converted boathouse that doubles as a games room with a pullout couch. The other is behind the main cottage with two double beds. There is no AC in the bunkies, only in the main house. One night got pretty warm and it did heat up in those, so bring fans thats all. Nice patio, solid fire pit, good BBQ, and well built docks. Would recommend, especially if you're boating. The closest town is the reserve and gas there is cheap, even for premium.

Great waterfront cottage resort!

A lovely cottage. The host thought of everything!!! It’s home away from home. Kids loved the game room, bond fire, fishing and swimming, some weeds but they didn’t mind. We had a great time. Our host is great, quick to respond in my inquiries. I would recommend to friends and family.

Rustic getaway

Fun for our teens who love to fish and paddleboard, have bonfires and suntan. 30imutes to Cobourg beach - super fun beach and town. Decking / docks need repair - would be a hazard for young children or folks with mobility challenges.
