Great beach get away

The location was amazing, close to the beach and shops. Neighborhood was quite and clean. The only thing that would improve the stay is more towels and more kitchen supplies.

Very nice, well maintained property.

Very clean and well maintained property on golf course. Close to good restaurants and short drive over to the beach. Enjoyed eating at Boundary House Restaurant and Oyster Rock Restaurant in Calabash, NC. Numerous good golf courses in the area. Owner provided good customer service. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Great spot but needs some attention

Every trip to SeaTrails and Sunset Beach is a trip worth taking. We have stayed in many places here over the years and have always had tremendous service and great communication. This condo is set well for people coming down to play golf and eat every meal out. The furniture is comfortable, but for a condo that sleeps 4, a dining table that seats two is lacking. No tea pot is a noticeable as the description lists one. The screened porch is nice for two people, but the screen is badly torn. I think an upgrade for the bed linens is also due.

Great location awful unit

The unit lacked basic amenities-cookware was extremely limited, no dish soap or dishwasher soap. Extremely limited toilet paper. But the biggest issue was filth. Floors left feet blackened, ceilings fans have an inch of dust on them. (I will gladly share pictures). I have rented at SeaTrails for 20 years and this not up to their standards.

Great location and clean

Everything was clean upon arrival. It was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked with pots & pans for cooking. There were no tongs, but we made do. The fridge was leaking from the freezer and we used a food box to catch the water. We only wish the side glass next to the door was opaque for privacy. We enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pools on site. Overall, it’s still a great place to stay and convenient to the beach and stores.

Second year at this resort

The resort pool was overflowing with trash, the unit had dirty dishes put away and previous guest wallet was left behind and not found by housekeeping

Great location, not very clean.

We enjoyed staying close so the beach, but didn’t like having to clean the place and wash all the linens upon arrival. The property as a whole was great (pool and such), location wonderful and grounds kept well. Bring your own cooking items as the kitchen items are sparse and not safe. Teflon pans peeling and inside of coffee maker dusty, moldy and old.
