Quiet and Clean

This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all golf courses in Bella Vista, Bentonville, and Rogers. Took a day trip to Eureka Springs, which was only 45min to an hour away from Bella Vista. Would definitely stay here again!

Great communication. Clean property. Nice views. It'd awesome being out of the traffic and noise of the city while still just being a few minutes away.

Nice older home.The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed. Had an initial problem with the front door lock but it was solved immediately. Had a problem with a toilet tank not filling and this too was resolved immediately. Day before we left it happened again. As there are two bathrooms was not a major problem. We have stayed here before and would stay again. The owner was extremely helpful as was his maintenance man.

Very enjoyable

We were in town for a week of exploring NWA and to participate in the Little & Big Sugar bike races. We loved the house the deck and the location. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!!

I couldn’t be happier with the house. It has kind of an old school cabin feel that reminds me of a house I grew up in. The house was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Warm and welcoming!

We have been VRBO members for many years and this may have been the cleanest house we ever rented. The homeowners made everything easy and comfortable. Communication was great, very clear and quick responses. We will definitely recommend this house to friends and family. We hope to use this home again. Thanks for a great stay!!

Perfect location

This property has all the amenities of home not to mention the awesome garage to store your toys in. The location is so convenient to everything. If you enjoy fishing, biking, hiking and paddleboarding, this is this location for you.

Tranquil and the perfect location

It was better than listed. ALL the beds are comfy. The deck was perfect for spending time outside anytime of the day. The blackout shades allowed the little ones to sleep in. Very quiet neighborhood.

Cozy comfortable accomocation embedded in a rustic heavily wooded lpocation

Awesome!!!!!

The home was comfortable, convenient and very clean. Deck and living area was relaxing and set up in a manner that made visiting easy. Kitchen very well equipped and next time I will take advantage of cooking. The beds were great - everyone was well rested with no aches and pains in the mornings. Already have plans to visit next spring.

A nice house

Our guests from Holland, enjoyed using the house. They found it clean, full of necessities and very comfortable. They especially enjoyed seeing the wildlife around the house. I hope to be able to use this house for more guests.

Home away from home by epic mtb trails.

We enjoyed spending our thanksgiving vacation in this cozy home. It was clean, supplied plenty of extra bedding, and everything we needed to make healthy home cooked meals. We appreciated being minutes from our favorite bike trails. It was relaxing with views of the woods on the back of the house. We will be back.

Wonderful

We just loved staying there with family and grandbabies ! Keith and Mary Lou were very helpful and patient with our questions! The neighborhood was very quiet as well as the house. Bella Vista was originally developed as a retirement community with a number of golf courses. Has recently has developed into a nationally known mountain bike area. Bella Vista boarders with Bentonville Arkansas, the home of Walmart. The Walton family has contributed to the area with the famous Crystal Bridges and development of many miles of bike trails

We have a bike stand for you to work on your bikes. Attached garage provides a secure area to store your bikes.
