The property was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed! We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! The shell collecting was amazing, better than we imagined!!! We will tell our friends for sure! The property management company was very easy to work with and made our stay problem free!

The condo was perfect - beautifully decorated (loved all the nature photos), spotlessly clean and very well equipped -it had everything we needed and more! I loved working with Sanibel Holiday! Their communication was wonderful and everyone we meet, talked to, texted or emailed was friendly, professional, and helpful!We loved that a hard copy of the instructions was there for us and the household starter kit was a huge help! And they even sent useful information on supplies we would need including the best bug repellent! We had a great time!We are happily working on dates for our next vacation!

This Is Really a Tough Review

First let me say the Peppercorns (the owners) have a lovely condo. I’ll also add how great Sanibel Holiday is managing the unit. The owners and mgrs are Top Notch. I’m going to try to be fair to all since 35%-40% (at least) of our time was impeded by hurricane Helene as that wasn’t the owners’ or mgmt company’s fault. But I’m doubtful we’ll stay at Loggerhead Cay again because of issues I have with the condo assn. Chris, the maintenance man for Sanibel holidays, came by prior to Helene to put a temp fix on a drainage issue that has affected the unit for some time. Byt the assn wasn’t happy with that temp fix even though we were the ones inconvenienced by large hoses going from the a/c to the guest shower across the hallway floor. No, they chose to break up concrete sidewalks to perform a more permanent fix. The result was, my partner and I, with many physical disabilities and on canes having to find a way to leave our property to get to our car since gaping recesses were left in the sidewalk and caution tape was strung two deep in each direction. I thought they could wait three days until we left to do that. Chris, Tammy, Angie, and Stacy with Sanibel Holiday knew how stressed we were & gave us a gift card for dinner which we thought was incredible. Until we got home and found that the perm fix led to the floor in half of our unit being covered with water. An A++ rating to the owners and mgrs but only a cool rating to the condo assn.

We enjoyed playing tennis and spending time on the pool (water in the pool was nice and warm).The condo is nicer than the pictures show. The only negative thing is that the furniture (couch in the living room) is outdated and it either needs cleaning or replacement.Overall, we enjoyed the stay and had a wonderful vacation.

Air conditioning worked very well, cold A/C is so important, especially when the temperature outside in in the 90's. It was an excellent stay at Loggerhead Cay unit 421. The owner as well as the management company took care of every detail to assure we had a comfortable stay.

Great stay!

Had lots of beach toys and a wagon. Very open and airy! Only problem were the sliding doors... they would stick a lot but it wasn’t bad because we had little children and we would hear them when they opened the door!
