Great location, cute house

We had a lovely time in Brewster! You can’t beat the location of this house. While the house is well maintained on the inside, the outdoor space was not as well kept as other properties we’ve stayed at. Overall we had a great stay and the Del Mar property group were very friendly and responsive hosts!

Charming Cottage

We were visiting friends and the cottage was close to their home so quite convenient for us. It had all of the necessities, cozy, private and very welcoming. Best of all we were allowed to take our two dogs.

Comfy, beautiful and very functional!!

This was a lovely property, the house and garden were well cared for and comfortable. Great beds, great deck with 2 tables!! and spacious yard for kids to run around in. Thanks for your attention to detail!!

Quaint and Quiet

This was a great property to rent. The yard is big and the dog had a blast running around. The street was very quiet and roads were flat for walking to the flats. The house is comfortable and very clean. The beds are great and the furniture is newer. Very centrally located to shops ,the beach and the food. Would definitely rent again.

Easter week on Spring Lane

The place was very clean when we arrived and beds were made which was great! It was difficult sharing one bathroom with 6 people but luckily our kids only stayed two nights so after they left it wasn't a problem. The back yard and deck were great especially with the dog. We had deer in the yard almost every morning along with the bunnies! We had stayed on Spring Lane many times over the years as our friends owned the house across the street, so we were familiar with the area. There were a few little quirks that we got used to that we have mentioned to the rental agency that hopefully will get fixed for the next guests.

We really liked this little house for a week stay on the Cape. Yard is big and balcony outside is nice. Have to get around in a car but we were able to walk to the beach. It would be more practical to have two bathrooms (only had one bathroom on the main floor). It was ok for us as we were only 3 people but if we were 8 people it would have been more complicated). I would definitely rent the house again but maybe limit the amount of people to 4 to be comfortable).

Clean and coastal Cape located in Brewster. Easy access to Brewster General Store, Dunkin’ Donuts and many more conveniences.

This property is quaint and close to what Brewster has to offer. There were many grasshoppers though in the bedrooms which I assume is due to the window units. The upstairs is warmer even with AC.

Disappointing rental

The house was small, ill kept w/no dishwasher. Clearly not well tended for by the owner. Roof is in need or replacement, shed is dilapidated, bath needs updating and the price was WAY too high for the property. I’ve rented at the cape for years and this did not come close to being worth the price!

Charming house in quiet, convenient location

Charming house with a Cape Cod feel. Great, private backyard and patio. Location within walking distance to Paine’s Creek (beach) and Brewster retail. Be aware that house does sleep 8 comfortably, but only one bathroom.

Great location

Great location for exploring the cape. The house was well equipped and the deck and yard were great! Going thru the company added fees so the price was a bit more than other homes.

Brewster gem

House was very clean and comfortable. Had all we needed. Really enjoyed walking down to Paines Creek lLanding with Our pup. What a delight to take in the sights and sounds of the flats. Our dog loved wading in the pools and following the sea grass trails. House is a Good location for access to rail trail and national seashore. Skaket beach was amazing at sunset!

Great for kids!

This spot was perfect for our family of five! Close to Paine’s Creek and Kate’s Seafood & Ice Cream plus plenty of deck space and yard to play in. The house is pushed back off the street so it was extra safe for the little ones. A perfect little cottage getaway!

Local agent needs to pay more attention to the property. A couple of issues that were not a big problem for me - and were addressed - but could have easily been made into a headache by a less than understandable tenet. Overall, house/property/experience was excellent!

Pleasant but expensive

Lovely place with an old time charm to it. The managers were kind to give us a 2 hour extension on check out as it was Easter Sunday. I was surprised at the number of extra charges ("owners fee" and four lines of taxes) that took the total from $267 per night to $564!! That doesn't include security deposit and fees for my dog. Just be aware of this! Overall, a nice stay.

Great little cottage / close to all

We had a wonderful week! We could walk to the beach from the cottage. The property was great and the house was lovely. We had some issues with the hot water and the property managers had it sorted out by the middle of the afternoon. Would stay again!

comfortable home

We have rented this home for many years. The current owners have updated and simplified the furnishings and the management company is pleasant, professional and responsive. We appreciated having the beds made up upon arrival. the linens were fresh and clean. The home has just about everything you’d need to enjoy your stay in this area.
