白い入り口からメインの入り��のパティオを出てアクセスすると、別の二段屋があり��す。 2組の寝台、折りたたみ式の布団、専用風呂があり、若い人や子供がたむろするのに最適な場所です。

We really enjoyed our stay at Dancing Bears. We loved having the hot tub to relax in the evenings, had adequate cooking utensils along with a dishwasher, a large master bedroom and bath. It was excellent accommodations for our family. It was great to work with Matt. He responded within reasonable time with our questions. And he met us at the door when we stopped to get the key.

The living room with the big fireplace and the view of the woods is so cozy. We also like the bunk house feature which is a perfect sleeping area for our 2 teens. This was our family's 4th time staying in Dancing Bear and it has been our favorite Timberline house thus far. The location, the views from it and the layout work well for our family. Always very responsive via email and phone. I appreciate all of the detail provided upon booking and when the remaining balance is due.

The layout.

The layout... The openness of the kitchen and family room.. The master bedroom and bath on the first floor, with the 2 bedrooms upstairs and the additional little bunkhouse was perfect for meeting our family needs. Will definitely rent this property again next year. Loved it?? Everything went smoothly from check in to check out.. Had one small issue with our hot tub and it was taken care of within 30 minutes.. very pleased and look forward to a return visit

Wonderful woodsy retreat! The stream alongside the property is serene and gorgeous. This property had all the amenities, including a hot tub! The bed are comfy and all linens and plenty of towels are provided. Our kids loved having the bunkhouse to themselves. Games and puzzles are available as well as a fantastic hottub. The only downsides are that there is zero grassy or flat area outside once you park 2 cars. The chairs at the kitchen table are very low to the ground which made it awkward to sit at. The deck has a pretty view of the woods, but there were only 4 chairs available for a house that sleeps 14? Will definitely stay here again! Terrific team! I received an immediate confirmation of booking. The next day I had the contract to sign and return. A week prior I was sent another confirmation with details on key pick up.

Cozy and comfortable

The main reason for the 3 stars is because of what we consider to be a safety issue. All swinging doors to the out side require a key to lock and unlock from the inside. The sliding glass door has a stick at the bottom to prevent the door from opening if it is lifted from its lock. This presents an entrapment and major safety hazard in the event of an emergency which can lead to the loss of life and a law suit to the owners. Bunk room is completely separate from and has no access to the main house. In the event of an emergency, a cry for help will go unheard. Additionally occupants must face the elements (snow, wind, rain, cold, etc.) to cross from it to the main house. No phone service to call 911. Cellular connectivity is very spotty and depending on carrier can be non-existing. The house is showing its age and use; loose floor boards, kitchen cabinets that don’t close, etc. In the positive is the location close to the lifts and in a gated community. Excellent area for taking hikes with the dog. Comfortable.

Nice place

The house is quite comfortable. The lighting is pretty dim in the living area. A few more lamps would be nice. The hot tube was a nice surprise I didn't notice in the write up. Not enough towels put out in the bunk room bath area, but I found some left in the dryer. Kitchen was supplied pretty well. Kitchen layout made it a little hard for more than two people to work in it at once. Bunk room beds might be fine for kids, but the adults sleeping on them found them a little uncomfortable. The house is in a beautiful location. Nice to be able to drive right up to Dolly Sods trail head in Timberline. Great deck. Great dining area. Plenty of parking. Nice Mt. Bike Riding from the house and in the area. Overall, very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
