My husband and I along with our 4 children (3 young adults ... 24, 22, 18 and one teen ... 13) stayed for a week, July 10-17th. The property is located in a residential area that appears to be a mix of permanent residents and vacation properties. It is located within close proximity to grocery stores, liquor stores, Target, fast food, etc. It is a lovely property, very clean and comfortable. The check in process is a bit odd, in our experience, as the property contact wishes to meet you upon check in. You need to call when you get close to the property in order to be given the code to get in. In every other property we have ever rented, you are given the code at noontime through VRBO. We have rented vacation homes all over the country, and we have never had anyone personally check us in. It felt a bit intrusive to us but it was fine. Laura, the property contact, is very nice and extremely responsive. If you are a large family, like us, be prepared to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. There were only 2 rolls per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. You will also want to bring napkins, foil, etc. In addition, if you are like my daughter and me and wear make-up every day (lol), bring a lighted make-up mirror or you will be frustrated trying to find enough light to see!
It is a great property and very comfortable!
