Everything about this condo was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that you would need. The family room was roomy and open to the kitchen & dining table. It even had a wide variety of games & puzzles. The bedrooms were roomy with stocked toiletries and signage throughout on all switches. The location was ideal and within walking distance to downtown Asheville & just miles to the Biltmore estate & Biltmore Village. I would highly recommend to anyone going to Asheville.

The place was exactly as advertised and walkable to town. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided. I wish I could have made more use of the kitchen but we enjoyed the town and nearby areas for most of our meals. If I ever get a chance to return to Asheville, I would certainly stay here again!

We live and work at breweries in the greater Atlanta are and this was some of our first times to Asheville. We came to see a band on tour called Turnstile and had the opportunity to explore some of the incredible breweries y’all have like Green Man Brewery and Burial Beer Co. We will be back and hope to stay here again, because the property was outstanding. We’ve stayed in a lot of different places, but this one was probably one of our favorites by far!

Good location

My cousins and I (All of us are over 70) had a lovely stay in this condo. The accommodations were just right for us. The elevator came in handy for the ones with mobility issues. The location was close to shops and restaurants but still quite At night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place close to downtown

We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend! The house was clean, spacious, and within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and breweries. The elevator was nice to bring our luggage up and down and the furnishing were very comfortable. Such a great place to stay!

Food & Games

We loved our stay! My husband, I, and two teenage boys loved the proximity to yummy food and Well Played Board Game Cafe. The beds were comfortable, the elevator super helpful when bring in/out bags, and the kitchen had everything (although all the great restaurants within walking distance made it so we didn’t use the kitchen a whole lot).

Fantastic home and location!

By far the best VRBO home in which I have ever stayed. The townhome was even better than depicted in the photos and very comfortable. We loved enjoying the rooftop deck at night. The location is easily walkable to downtown but also nice and quiet at night. Definitely a fantastic stay and hope to return again in the future.

Modern downtown loft

Property was spotless and was so well equipped and organized. Great property and everyone agreed the beds/linens were the best ever. Place is well designed. Rooftop is fun gathering spot. Can’t think of a single negative. Elevator is great for hauling luggage in and out. Good job.

Wonderfully everything

Great location in which to walk to local restaurants or the downtown area. Sauna House is right across the street. Private elevator ensures you are always on the 4th floor balcony. So appreciated having the basics stocked. Had trouble getting in (my fault) and was amazed how quickly help was available. I’ve stayed at numerous Air B&Bs - this is the best one yet.

Perfect Asheville Girls Trip Stay

Our group was so impressed with this stay! The apartment was clean, the perfect size for 6 people, and put us close to all of the downtown breweries and shops. Management was so responsive too.

Wonderful condo!

This property was the nicest and best equipped that I have ever rented. All the extra amenities were there. I only found two things that could have made it even better. 1. Wine glasses. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything else anyone would need. 2. A grab bar in the tub/shower. It’s a very high step to get into the tub to shower. Anyone who is older or short ( I am both) would have difficulty. Overall, I give it 5 stars plus!

Great with a few recommendations

I love staying at the locations of TPM, because it’s always clean, well stocked, and good locations. I was a little surprised by the beds, they were comfortable enough, but for the money, I thought they could be better. Same with the sisal like rugs, they shed, worse than an a pet. And I noticed the fridge was missing a piece that hold the drawers in place when we checked in, so I didn’t use those. But I appreciate the pots, pans, coffee maker, water kettle, ample towels, creamer, coffee, etc. I only stay at properties you all manage because of it. And I appreciate the noise ordinance since I prefer quiet places to stay. Hard to find in a city. Thank you!
