Great Place but Terrible WiFi

Loved almost everything about the property; location, staff, amenities, and room. But unfortunately, the WiFi was basically down for the first two days we were there, and cell service in the building is absolutely awful. Host stated that WiFi is provided by the resort, and nothing he could do about it. That made for a really frustrating couple of days. Never contacted with a root cause or resolution, which to me means it could happen again at any time. Really put a dent in what was otherwise a great stay.

Great Vegas option

The property delivered as advertised. The Signature towers are convenient to all the MGM has to offer including the monorail stop. Their private pool was great and not overly crowded. The room was nice, well stocked and quiet. The host Joe was very communicative and the whole process to check in and out was really easy. My wife and I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and Well Equipped Suite

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed and equipped suite which was conveniently located. The property was spotless upon arrival and everything was as advertised. The host couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive.(Thank you to Joe and Debra!) All around a great stay!

Room had great amenities, clean. Bed was comfortable. Building was nice good location, things were clean except for the hallway leading to room definitely could have been vacuumed and rugs cleaned.

Great Stay

We were glad we chose here to stay - you get all the amenities of MGM without having to stay right at the casino. It is also cheaper and no resort fee. Joe responds extremely quickly to any requests. If you want to stay at MGM definitely stay here - the casino hotel is not non smoking and it smells like marijuana everywhere even in the lobby. That does not happen at the Signature. You can go to the lazy River if you like but we loved having a much quieter private pool made with kids in mind and much less crowded. The lazy River again is teeming with people smoking weed and drinking alcohol. The suite is also located in tower 1 and Starbucks is right in the lobby - so good every morning! Security at signature is also a lot better and we felt safer. Don’t worry about any reviews or reading anything about there being a big walk between the signature towers and the casino hotel. The way people were writing about it I was expecting a long walk - I laughed when we actually walked it. It’s not even 5 mins and the whole way is travelling walkway so you don’t actually have to walk 😂 Uber pickup/drop off right downstairs - free laundry with washers and dryers (bring your own good washing powder). Had a great time and com in g from Australia there were a few incidents in Vegas that for us did not feel safe…it’s wild out there…we lived coming back to our safe sanctuary everyday!

MGM Signature Suite Feb 24-March 3/23

The suite was in great shape, had a kitchen area with a fridge which was important to chill waters & snacks. Spacious bathroom with oversized shower was great. Appealing jet tub but didn’t take the time to enjoy it. Thanks Joe for checking in periodically to be certain all was going good and to see if I was enjoying my stay. When back I will track you down to check availability

Vegas review

We stayed for 2 nights during the weekend and the property was fantastic. Communication was great and everything was clean. Check in went smooth and checkout was a breeze at any hour of the day. Couldn't recommend this more to someone; if you are looking for a stay that's very close to the Vegas Strip, this is a perfect stay that's nearby/ within walking distance.

Great room, quiet, perfect location!

Room is great with location in Tower 1 (Closest walk to MGM casino). Host communication spot on, arrival pleasant and easy. Staff at the Signature great, secure valet parking, and location with everything you need and easy access to the casino. If you’re looking for a clean room to just relax and enjoy you trip with no hassle, this is the place.
