Great stay in Scottsdale

This cute home was the perfect choice for our stay in Scottsdale. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The backyard was great f- grass for our dog , rocking chairs on the back porch for a little sun, and a fantastic grill. The location near the greenbelt and Old Town can't be beat! We were in an ideal spot central to visit family and friends in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Gilbert. Itrip promptly responded to questions/concerns.

Perfect for our needs. Close to shops. Golf course just down the street with a walking trail as well. Loved the spacious backyard.

Simple and clean house

A simple 1950’s house with modern appliances and accommodations. Large backyard and areas to sit outside. The house was very clean and felt safe.

Great Stay

House was nice, clean and comfortable! Having the yard and back porch was a nice to have item. had one issue with wifi but the property manager was great to get it up and working for us.

Excellent location

We walked a lot and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It was nice to have a yard for our dog. The furnishings were minimal and spartan (no dressers, one sofa, one chair, for a 3 bedroom house). It was comfortable enough for the two of us.

Great little home

We had a great stay at this home with my wife, son, and I. Was close enough to old town Scottsdale for a moderately long walk. Easy driving range to anything in Scottsdale. And it was a nice quiet little neighborhood. The house was clean and in great shape and the backyard was a great place to hang out in the morning and evening. Would stay there again

Great House, Great Location

I was in town to play in the 35th Annual Men's Senior Baseball League 65+ and Father/Son Baseball World Series. We chose this nice, clean house because of it's affordability and location. We were not disappointed at all! I have stayed in many VRBO locations and this ranks up there at the top! No issues, problems or any other situation ... our stay was great!!!

Scottsdale Charm

This charming home was a delightful place to hang our hats while visiting Arizona. The location was near Old Town Scottsdale. Walking and running trails were footsteps away. We travel with our four legged family so the fully fenced in backyard provided a safe haven for them. If given another opportunity, I will want to stay again!

No one responded - no information regarding FREE GOLF as in the ad - no one responded to information requests, and nothing was at the home -Couch is a ditch - heat only in one area of the house - not in bedrooms - rough floor in shower - fan in bath would only work when it wanted to - We will be back to Scottsdale - but not to this house -

Charming South Scottsdale Home!

This adorable Old Town Scottsdale home was exactly what we needed! We are locals and had a pipe burst in our kitchen so had to have our wood floors replaced. We have a dog that isn't social (a rescue who is very protective). This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, near all of the great restaurants and fun in South Scottsdale. The beds are comfy, the home is well appointed (even had dog bowls) and the backyard was perfect for our puppy. The house was very clean and the host (Berne) was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again -for fun next time (not out of necessity)!

Great for Spring Training

We booked this home for 5 nights to see some Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium. The location is perfect to enjoy everything that makes Old Town so cool; 10 minute walk to the stadium, another 5 minutes to the bars, restaurants and shopping in this destination mecca. Just down the street is walking/bike trail that extends several miles in each direction. The location just could not be better. The home itself is neat, clean and in excellent condition. A big plus is the large, fenced backyard if you bring your dog. The beds and furniture are comfortable. With 3 bedrooms and just one bath, it could be a little tight for a full house, but there were just two of us, so not a problem. If you're cooking in, there are ample appliances and utensils, though some of the everyday items (napkins, placemats, etc.) are lacking. But, honestly, with a million cool eating and drinking venues a short walk away, you're not coming to Scottsdale to cook, right? We would definitely stay here again.

Long Stay

Booked this property for a five week stay. Within the first several days the refrigerator died spoiling our food. The property manager addressed issue within 24hrs. Not the usual VRBO experience… We enjoyed having the fenced yard for our pets. The floors in this home were dirty upon our arrival our socks turned black. There was a totally mop and bucket in the laundry room (we knew why). We purchased a Swiffer wet mop and cleaned all. The kitchen lacked adequate quality pots and pans along with used odds and ends for mixing bowls and utensils which were not useful. The mattresses were mediocre at best, linens were mismatched and worn along with pillows. Some might find this property perfect as it may have improved since our visit, however we will stay elsewhere.

Great Place!!

My 30+ year old twin boys and I stayed at the property for spring training. When I rented it, I wasn’t sure how close it was to the Giants stadium, but it is very close! Upon arrival, when we opened the front door of the house, the first thing we noticed is that it was immaculate. We didn’t bring pets, but I know they allow them and you would never know. Any questions I had, I emailed and got a response within 10 minutes. Absolutely incredible. The yard is huge! I will tell you is be careful if you move the chairs out there around 4 o’clock because the sprinkler went off :-). It’s a great neighborhood, super quiet. Safe. Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and bars and grocery stores if you didn’t bring your car. Since we went for spring training, we didn’t utilize the free golf and other things that came with the house. Next year we’re going to stay longer! We are definitely coming back! It is really fantastic. We have been coming to spring training over 20 years and this is my favorite place so far.

Okay, but needs some maintenance

We had a nice stay here although the one bathroom would be drawback for more than a few people. The house was Exactly the same as one I had grown up in (with 4 brothers) in Phoenix. Brought back a few memories. Overall, it was OK but had several areas of neglected maintenance that need attention plus it was not very well stocked (also toilet paper was the cheapest). No extras and amazingly, the refrigerator had no icemaker and not even ice trays. I took pictures of many of the items and will be happy to provide to owners so they can bring it up to snuff. Things like broken shades in back yard, broken shades in bedroom, bent bathroom door stopper, patches of paint torn off wall, loose bathroom faucet, half-finished doorknob repairs, etc. Just made what could be a nice place a bit tacky and neglected looking. However it had one of the easiest heat and air systems, especially the thermostat. Neighborhood had many other similar smaller homes so some neglected yards, cars on the street, etc. Very convenient to Scottsdale and a huge park.

Perfect Location

The location is perfect. Super close to everything: walk to Scottsdale Stadium, walk to restaurants and bars along the bike trail that runs parallel to the golf course. Easy 5-10 minute UBER ride to get to Oldtown restaurants, casinos, or Sloan Park. The neighborhood is quaint, very quiet, and feels very safe to walk around. The golf course and bike trail are 1/2 a block away. The TV works great. YouTube TV gives you access to all the channels you want to watch. Air conditioning and heat both work well. Felt very comfortable inside the unit. You can also easily open windows to get a nice breeze. My only real complaint is coffee isn’t provided. Most places I stay have coffee provided so this was sort of a bummer for day 1. But easy enough to walk to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks to get a coffee about 0.6 mile walk. Shower works well. It did make a loud noise when the sprinklers were running most likely due to water pressure. Beds were comfy enough. Not as comfortable as what I have at home, but certainly sufficient for a short term stay. Overall would definitely consider staying here again!

Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a place in Scottsdale. House was immaculate and the location couldn’t have been better. We were three guys in town for a golf trip and it had everything we needed. Back yard/patio was nice to hang out on the the mornings and evenings. Definitely plan on being back.
