I cannot say enough great things about this place. 45 min or so outside of San Juan, in a very quiet suburb less than 10 min from the luquillo kiosks, this place literally has it all. From the decor, to the cookies, and the champagne left for us, Yaritza thought of everything!The apartment itself has everything you can possibly need to never leave while you’re stayed here and yet one of the most beautiful beaches in the world is less than a 3 minute walk from the outside gate. El yunque national forest is less than a 15 min drive, and everything else is well within driving distance. We even made it to Paguera (opposite corner of the island) in less than three hours from here. To top it off, we got stuck in PR due to the US strike on Venezuela and Yaritza was one of the first persons to let us know and to give us options on how to move forward. I would give 10 stars if I could, but without a shadow of a doubt I am absolutely coming back!

This apartment was so cute! Everything was so nice and ready available for us. It was in a great location for the things that we needed to do and had booked the apartment. Manager was great with communication and responded with a great time for anything that we needed would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again on our next trip back.

Very nice area. Toiletries included which was a plus. Very secure property. Communication was great with the Manager. He was really helpful and checked on us to see if you were ok or needed anything.

This was my first time booking through VRBO and it went as seamless as possible. The host and property manager were quick to respond to any questions. The location was great with a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting a clean, comfortable and safe stay in the Luquillo area.

Perfect little get away

The owner and property manager was amazing! We had everything we needed and will for sure be back to this location. Could not have been better! Quick walk to the beach! Manager was very helpful also with giving recommendations on things to do.

We loved it!

This rental exceeded expectations! The property was fantastic, the customer service outstanding, and the property manager very attentive. We loved the super comfy bed after fun beach days, and the unbeatable location with easy access to everything, including the beach, food, a nearby Walmart, and Walgreens. Highly recommend and will definitely book again for future Puerto Rico trips! 6 out of 5 stars!

Great place

This condo was super clean and stocked with everything you need, including beach equipment which we used. It is very modern and the air conditioning was great. It was great to be just steps away from the beach, and the sunrises were gorgeous. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location in a safe, quiet neighborhood

The location could not have been better for us. We loved walking on the beach each morning. We were able to do day trips to el Yunque, Vieques, and many beaches. We enjoyed the live music at C Note jazz club. The rental was very clean and the manager was so good at communicating. We enjoyed having the snorkel gear and chairs to use. The bed was a little too soft for us and we found ourselves rolling into the middle throughout the night. We were also disappointed that the washer was not working as we had packed lightly hoping to wash clothes there. Hopefully it can get fixed for other renters.

Great place to stay

This was a great place for my husband and I for our trip to Puerto Rico. When we go again, we'll stay in the same place. Also, Luquillo was a great town in general.

Luquillo Stay

This was a perfect set up for my me and my husband. Kitchen stocked well, condo very clean, communication between Ed property manager and Rebecca owner excellent. We didn’t have a car but restaurants and grocery stores, beaches were walkable for us. Used Luquillo Taxi service for our airport transportation and excursions which I would also highly rate. We had a great stay and highly recommend!

Condo was exactly as stated. Very clean and comfy. Easy walk to beach and some restaurants close by. and about a half mile walk to square where there were more restaurants. Property manager checked in with us during our stay to see if we had any questions or needs. Loved that it was a very relaxed areaatmosphere in Luquillo

Beautiful, peaceful, lovely stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this sweet little condo. It is exactly as advertised, very comfortable and clean with essentials like towels and cookware. We loved sitting out on the small balcony. The condo manager was communicative and helpful, even offering recommendations. The beach is at the end of the block! We chose not to rent a car and we found Luquillo to be very walkable. There’s a bar, bakery/restaurant, and convenience store within three blocks and a supermarket, drugstore, and various fast food within a 15 minute walk. We were even able to get picked up for our day trip at the Fairfield Marriott nearby. If you’re looking for a chill vacation at a lovely condo in a walkable spot steps from the beach, look no further!

Perfect for what we needed!

The location for this rental was perfect. It was a very short walk to an excellent beach and 3 minute drive from the kioskos as well as close enough to walk to them and the town square. The condo was very clean and even had beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkels. The property manager was very attentive and helpful with local recommendations. El Yuenque was only a 15 minute drive away. Highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Clean,Comfortable, and Great Location

This Condo was excellent in every way. Being this was my first time to Puerto Rico. This place was an amazing place to stay to start my experience. It was clean, cozy, and the percfect location to enjoy what Puerto Rico have to offer. Many stores and restaurant to indulge in the culture of PR. You can walk to the beach and enjoy the ocean. San Juan is about 30 min away if you want to go there. The Rainforest is about 5 mjns. If you just want to relax at the condo, it's the perfect spot. It's like home away from home. Anytime I plan to come to Puerto Rico, this spot is the first place I will check for availability! Two thumbs 👍 👍to the host and the manager on site! 👌

Beautifully organized

My wife and I were very impressed on how organized the place was. The decor was very tasteful and beautiful. We didn’t get to meet our host but they were both the only people on our whole trip we didn’t have to request any information prior to our arrival. If you forgot anything they had it in the condo.

A must stay!

Great location, included all the beach essentials, super comfortable, and accurate. The owner was a great concierge and kept in touch with me ahead, during, and after my check-in, gave me great recommendations in the area, and quickly came to my rescue when needed. Definitely a must stay!

Beach Bliss!

Celebrated 9 years of marriage in this cozy apartment! Quick walk to the beach. Swam every day. Thankful for the boogie board and hammock! AC worked great. Comfy bed. Large shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was fully stocked. Had trouble understanding the TV since had 3 remotes but a teenager would have figured it out in 2 minutes! Oh well! More time to hang out in the beach! Close to restaurants and shopping. Property is very safe and clean! Would love to come back!

It is located in a gated building with only 24 units. The building property is well maintained and nicely landscaped. There are two outdoor showers located in the parking area for washing sand off feet and beach chairs. You get the feel here of living like a local.
