Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. This unit has 1 Master Bedroom and a Murphy Bed with balcony that opens from the bedroom and runs the entire length of the condo. Enjoy city views by the firepit. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway the location is hard to beat. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Great location!

Secure building and easy walking distance to downtown. Easy access to highways around town. Condo is very clean and you will have everything you need. If you’re looking for quiet, it’s perfect. Occasional loud car but that’s it. Highly recommend!

Anniversary weekend

This property checked off all our needs and wants. Just wish we had more time to enjoy it. The home was very clean and ideally located.

Asheville getaway

We had a lovely trip. The condo was clean and comfortable. The firepit on the patio was a pleasant addition. We were able to walk to several places downtown.

Great Location & Nice Balcony

Overall this place was great and made celebrating our 20th anniversary that much better. The PM was attentive & responded quickly when messaged. Great location - 1 block to the Orange Peel, 10 min walk to central downtown. Lots of shops and restaurants along the way and a short drive to Biltmore. Wife was happy it was well stocked with coffee. Only bummer on our end was no filtered water or ice was available in the condo. As a fellow VRBO host with units of my own I was pleased with the entire experience and would recommend staying here and am curious if you would like to trade days with us at our ocean front condo in North Myrtle? :)

Asheville Visit

Wonderful experience with this condo. All other positive reviews of this unit were confirmed—perfect location, great view/balcony/fire pit, and even the Murphy bed was comfortable. Pocket doors separating hallway from living room and dual balcony access from bedroom and living room enabled a private separation of sleep quarters. We would stay here again.
