Just as advertised

Clean, solid, spacious condo with views of the river and trees, connect to th Deschutes River Trail right from the property for a gorgeous hike. Very short drive to town and all the sites and eats. Cool clean pool for relaxing after a day of adventures.

Wonderful location

Lovely end unit with breath taking views. We loved everything about our stay. Only feedback we would like to provide is to consider having the windows cleaned. The view is amazing and the spot on the glass cloud the morning sun.

Perfect!

Our one bedroom condo was perfect for us. I especially liked the natural light and the view was beautiful. It was so nice and bright inside. The furniture was very comfy, the hot tub on the patio was clean and easy to use. We had private parking and the communication was trouble free. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home, great views, quiet

The accommodations are wonderful and love to stay at this place. If I had one comment it would be the check IN/OUT times and doesn't seem to be flexible. I sent inquiries couple times about checking in an hour early or leaving an hour later and no replies. I also booked once and the check-in time was 4pm and then changed to 5pm and not due to season change. Again, lovely place, easy front desk process, clean and has everything you need. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Great view but severely lacks cleanliness

It’s a lovely condo. The view from the balcony is amazing and to hear the river is peaceful. The location is great, your close to pretty much everything Bend has to offer within the city. However this was dampened but the lack of cleanliness of the condo. To start I was texted at 1:15pm on July 21st, the day we were supposed to check in, to see when we would be arriving I let them know around 4pm. This lead me to believe that the condo would be ready at 4pm. We arrived at 4:10pm to check in but the condo was not ready. They asked if we could give them a bit longer and she would text us when it was ready. At 4:50pm I went back to ask when it would be ready and she said that they were finishing up and she could check us in. When arrived at the condo and upon entering it looked clean until we noticed there was blood on the comforter for the bed. There was no additional blankets in the condo so that we could change it. There was also no mattress protector on the bed which is gross. Looking around the bedroom there are drip marks all over the lower parts of the walls. In the bathroom there was makeup splatter above the hair dryer. The shower was the worst. There was mold growing in the jacuzzi jets as well as the intake area. There was hair in the shower from the previous people staying there. I would not rebook this condo based on the price. The price that I had paid and the cleanliness that we got was outrageous. I have pictures of the above issues.

Beautiful setting

We loved our stay. The scenery is spectacular, and the sound of the rapids in the river below so relaxing. Wonderful to have a hot tub on the deck overlooking the river. It is a well-equipped and comfortable condo.

By the river edge

Beautiful Condo near Deschutes River with wonderful view of river and its valley. Pretty patio with hot tub. Wonderful soothing sound of rushing river. Enjoyable hiking trails nearby.Well-appointed apartment with grocery and several restaurants close. Overall a very special, enjoyable place to be, especially while visiting family in Bend, OR.

Fun and relaxing stay in a place I knew

Have stayed in the condo above this property many times. Come back because of the view, location, and the set-up of the condo. Great place to relax.

Awesome location and view.

Loved the location and the natural setting, yet close to town and services. Beautiful and immaculate property. Only downside was the noise coming from the unit directly above ours that continued until well past midnight.

Perfection

Beautiful, clean and quiet. Lovely one bedroom condo with an incredible view of the Deschutes River. Private hot tub on the deck. Great location for access to town and mountain activities. This has everything you would want for a Bend getaway.

Great getaway!

Needed a place to decompress and spend quality time with a friend. Great place to relax, look at view of river, soak in hot tub under the stars. The area is quiet at this time of year (and probably due to the pandemic). Staff is super friendly and helpful.
