Located on Bend's westside, a short walk along the Deschutes river trail to the Old Mill district & off the Cascade lakes Hwy to Mount Bachelor, it's a convenient home base for any recreation or vacation plans.

This ground floor-end unit features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new heat n' glo gas fireplace & a/c unit for comfort. Entertainment options include a 60" HD-TV.

A queen bed with a new Saatva mattress is layered with linens & duvet cover in the bedroom. Combined with a La-z-boy sofa sleeper queen bed in the living room, the condo can conveniently accommodate up to 4 guests. An entire bathroom renovation completed in winter 2020 adds Whirlpool stack washing machine, new flooring & spacious tile shower equipped with spray wand and jets.

Outside, a barbecue gas grill, dining table, lounging sofa & Adirondack chair filling out a private deck offering views of the surrounding wooded landscape and Cascade Hwy off in the distance.

We require a 2-nights minimum booking.

Mount Bachelor resort amenities included:

Pool, 2 hot tubs, bike & river trail access... all which could make downtime as enjoyable as the many recreational options home to Central Oregon.

Included as well, complimentary use of in-house recreational equipment:

* Two cruiser bikes with helmets from March to Oct
* Snowshoes (Atlas 10 series)1 pair
* badminton rackets and birdies
* Sno-park pass

Our standard weekly rate includes any 7th night free. Private and responsive management brings peace of mind to your vacation time. During ski season, IKON pass holders who book at least 3 nights will get another night free.

Great place - close to the amphitheater where we were going. Shower needs some scrubbing & better directions on “how to” operate shower head.Owner/property manager was wonderful & communicated immediately when I had a question. We’ll stay here again.

Great location. Easy to find.

Mt Bachelor Village is in a great location close to everything. The unit was easy to locate thanks to directions given. The place was cozy and comfortable. We only have two recommendations. First there is no shelf in the shower so no place to put shampoo, soap etc. except on the floor. Second, the only table to eat at was a small bar and my wife being short found the stools uncomfortable. Other than that everything was great.

Great little condo!

Everything you need with beautiful property grounds. I was bummed the back deck doesn't seem to see any sunshine, but that's about the only constructive criticism I could come up with.

Mattress needs replaced

We are oldsters and looking for a place to comfortably chill in between taking in all Bend has to offer. Our suggestion: We think you’d get more repeat customers if the mattress was replaced. The present mattress sags to the middle and is too soft for a restful night of sleep.

For a small place it had all the essentials. Comfortable bed storage, towels and a tv that works great. Could use new pots & pans, bowls and glassware. Unfortunately, if anyone is staying above this unit it is very loud. Just the building nothing to do with the host.

I am in love with this community of condominiums and have rented many overtime. This particular unit is one of my favorite because it is updated and is directly across the parking lot from the pool and hot tubs! Will definitely be staying here again.

The Perfect High Desert Getaway

This was a great space with all the amenities needed from locally made soap to glasses chilling in the freezer! It was steps to the pool and hot tub and bike rentals, and everywhere we went in town was within a 7-10 minute drive. The check out process was the easier one I have experienced, which we really appreciated!

Mt Bachelor Village

The condo was clean and comfortable and well supplied. The TV did not work properly and needed to be re-set by management. Streaming kept locking up and would not work. Needed new updated information about the TV and how to get it to work. Also, the dishwasher handle would not lock, so we couldn't start the dishwasher when checking out. Had to do the dishes by hand. The manager new of these issues but there was no updated notes about how to work these problems.

Came to Bend for our anniversary!

We had originally booked this property for my husband and I, our first visit to all the beauty of Bend. When we had babysitting plans change last minute we messaged the host to ask if our boys could stay with us as well, and they were prompt to reply and assure us they would have a comfy spot to stay as well! They were so excited to discover the pool and hot tub right across from our rental. We loved how the pool was WARM! We had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Great Location

Location ideal for visiting family who reside in Bend. Love walking along Deschutes River trail. Cozy, lovely fireplace, kitchen had most items I needed. All appliances I used were is great working condition. Very quiet except when person in upstairs unit returned and walked with heavy foot steps. Clean, but in need of a good vacuuming under the couch.

Perfect cozy condo

I had a great week long stay here. The condo is fully equipped to cook and work remotely. It was also very clean and quiet although if the upstairs unit had been occupied, it would have been less quiet but that is to be expected with a downstairs condo. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Jeff and he was super helpful. I would definitely stay again!

Great experience! The complimentary local beer as well as use of condo Forest Pass and Recreation Pass great perks. Only suggestion, Jeff, would be adding rubberized shower mat for safety.

We love that our condo was remodeled to include a washer/dryer. We love the pool and playground that are just a few steps away. The cruiser bikes are kept on good condition and the bike trail is just behind the condo. The river has tube floating and kayaking (not included). Smith Rock is a fun day trip.
