Thank you for detailing your stay and for letting us know what worked well and what didn't. I’m sorry the unit’s cleanliness and the TV setup fell short. We will schedule a detailed cleaning (including vacuuming and deep dusting), launder or replace stained pillows, thoroughly clean the shower tracks, and have maintenance check the TV and streaming connections.
