The house is nothing but cozy and fun. It has everything you need for a perfect weekend getaway. Spending a cold winter night in the hot tub was incredibly relaxing. We rented the place and stayed with a few friends, and they all loved it with lots of compliments. The hosts were great, communication was smooth, and they even let us check out late with no fuss. We only wish we could have stayed for a full week. The pool table was a nice bonus, and the trails and other places are only a short drive away.

The cabin was spacious, surrounded by calming nature, and was just about fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Roberta was consistently prompt, clear and friendly. Would definitely book here again!

We loved everything about the house. It was clean and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed walking down to the dock and jumping into the lake. The fire pit was beautiful at night.

Family Vacation

This house had everything we needed for a large group. We loved being able to relax, walk down to the dock to fish, and just sit and read in the screened in porch. Highly recommend this house.

Beautiful property in a beautiful setting!

Despite the rainy weather our grandkids enjoyed swimming in the lake as well as warming up in the hot tub. The home accommodated even one of us who could not walk up steps. The rooms were spacious and the decor was amazing.

Perfect family house, great for kids. Property is close to dock for fun finishing, just wish we had better weather, but we made great use of the screened in porch.

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing stay. The house is a very short walk to the lake, where we took a little plunge off the pier. The firepit out back is really pretty at night, and the hot tub was clean and nice. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has all the little things you'd like to see. Hosts were also super responsive and communicative. We had mixed ages (one teenager, two 40-somethings, and four 70-somethings) and the house was perfect for all of us and generally accessible to my mom who has MS and struggles with stairs. The main floor master was perfect for her. The screened in porch is lovely too!

Spring break at Timroc

My husband and I brought our four boys here for a quick spring break trip. The house and communication were amazing. It’s a quick walk up the street either way to the docks and a short drive to the falls and rock maze. We hope to be back again. Thank you!

Nice stay

Very beautiful home. Great for a weekend with friends. Very nice outdoor space and hot tub. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness. There were parts of the home that were obviously not cleaned as there were old wash clothes, hairs in the showers, and hairs in the bed. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend.

Timroc II has SO much to offer!

We had a fabulous long weekend at Timroc II! The property had everything we needed and more. Fun for all ages and plenty of room to spread out or gather in the same area. We will definitely be back for another family vacation

Deep Creek Cabin getaway

Incredibly beautiful property and house! Very nice location with the perfect quiet street right near the water. Open floor plan upstairs and an awesome entertainment area in the basement. Great hosts and an overall perfect experience!

Realizing our dream was of owning a Deep Creek home, we began construction of Timroc II in September of 2014. Having been raised by Garrett County natives, owners of the original Railey's cottages and the grain mill in Oakland, we knew Deep Creek Lake was where we wanted to spend more time and share our home with family, friends, and new friends.

This property situated among 2 acres of tall trees, is in a small private community offering deep water at the docks, excellent fishing, and gorgeous sunrises. Located at the western less traveled end of the lake, we are a short and easy drive to movies, shopping and entertainment. The town of Oakland is a short 10 minute drive for more shopping, Thursday night out door movies and Friday night music at the Little Yough music festival, in the summer. The Wisp Ski Resort is also a 10 minute drive with all of it's amenities. Nearby you can ski at Wisp, hike at Swallow Falls State Park, cross country ski at Herrington Manor, walk a stone maze, and enjoy several geocaching sites.

Linens, dishes, furniture and well equipped kitchen! We so love our home! We do want to share it with others though, so please enjoy your stay!
Enjoy the spacious lot with private fire pit, and plenty of space for other activities.
Basement offers plenty of space for recreation during those drizzly days! Pool! Smart TV! Separate sleeping area it's own mini apartment!
