Worst experience of my life

Horrible communication with the owner, first off. The entire apartment is a giant safety/health hazard. Had to leave after the first night and would have left sooner if it wasnt for the late arrival. Was expected to sleep in a bed with fecal matter and other unknown stains. Everything was filthy. Bathroom is falling apartment, uncomfortable futon is held up by paint cans. Toenail clippings were found in the apartment. The owner never responded, had to call the horrible costumer service to reach him and they couldn’t even get to him except for the first night, when he promised a refund that was never given.

Renter beware false advertising.

Our apt.was not the one in the picture. There was only a futon and a role out bed and tv in living room.the bed room had only a bed and portable air conditioner in it (very loud). This was advertised as a luxury apt. No central air, no dish washer,no ice maker or trays to make ice. No towel racks, hardly any hangers. Hardly any dishes (no bowls). Hardly any pots and pans. Small window unit AC. Very loud and inadaquit for living room. Poor excuse for a rental apt.

More work needed

Rental in older apartment building but has some nice updates especially in kitchen and bath. The unit was clean also. The place has a way to go for other furnishings and details - importantly- bed very uncomfortable - seems like just the box spring and no mattress. White blinds on windows and no curtains made for 3 nites with no sleep because of so much light from other apartment Bldg nearby. Disappointed that owner did not rectify missing items including no silverware, no ice trays or ice maker, dish drainer, and very limited washcloths and one kitchen towel. Bathroom shower/ bath hardware not installed correctly and no pressure for shower Since not working right. No Bath mat. Owner forgot to share building entrance code and when arrived late evening was unable to access building.

"Luxury" is verging on deceptive. Apartment is in a run down building with no handle on front door. Walls are quite thin. Apartment itself was spotlessly clean, and had basically everything you need, if you are not looking for luxury., Full kitchen. Single use plastic utensils and paper plates. Shower hardware loose, but works fine. No lamps in bedroom.; only overhead light, Mattress is full size and supported on wooden slats. OK, not great. Owner is very accessible and shows extreme willingness to .be helpful. Contrary to website, I was told checkout time is 9 AM.

Building looks low class. Interior looks not bad. Garbage and discarded furniture line the fence line. Building is in a residential area, appears to be an older apartment building for working class people. Building described as “Main Street Luxury” it is neither. It is far from luxury and is a quarter mile from Main Street. Posted price of $90 a night is a fraud, although the charges are listed before you agree to purchase. The actual price is double the $90. Almost $180. Ridiculous charges such as a “cleaning fee” and some type of “service fee” and taxes are added to the advertised price. The added fees make it more expensive than several area motels per night. In addition, the property is not well lit at night.
