I would love to give them a 5 star review because the house was great, the problem was that the first 2 days they were people working on the property from early in the morning till around 8pm, them the backyard because they were working it was dirty and my kids cant even go there because it was nails and pieces of the roof all over and the front parking too.On my way back we notice 2 nails on one of my tire and its a brand new suv. We lost water on the master bathroom shower too for a day i dont know why and because it was the weekend we didn’t have help.I was waiting for the company who rent the house to call me and said something but i guess it’s fine for them to rent houses when they are fixing the house.

Lovely Spring Break

Our stay was very pleasant. Wonderful proximity to beach and away from crowds. Close to fantastic (but pricey) Salt restaurant. Kids loved the hoit tub & ping pong table. Ample supply of beach towels and blankets to snuggle in. There were some beach chairs available that it seems may have been left by past guests because they were not listed on original amenities list. We left our "boogie" boards and skim board for the next people so thanks to those who paid it forward. Close to alot of yummy breakfast spots as well as Publix. I do agree with a previous reviewer that picking up/returning the keys in a completely opposite direction of the property in jamm packed island traffic was inconvenient. A keypad entry would be much more feasible considering it's location. Other than that everything went off without a hitch. Thank you

Great property

The condo is in a great location, just a block from the beach. Well stocked with plenty of towels. Only thing was the TV remote was broken and very limited channels through the cable subscription. Also, it was a little inconvenient to drive all the way to long boat key to pick up and return the keys, would be nice if they had a door code or lock box

Great house and great location

Loved staying at this house during our kids spring break. Best location in my opinion as you have easy access to private areas of the beach and the house had everything that we needed to make our stay feel at home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Anna Maria island!! This vacation rental is in such a great location. Right in the middle of the island. Block for the beach. If you have questions or any problems they take care of it right away!! The management company is amazing!!!! For the most part it’s very quiet. Unless the neighbors have kids. They were up at 7 am playing and laughing in the pool. But I can’t blame them. If I was a kid I’d do the same😂 But overall we can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Christy for being so awesome!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a strange property. The setup in the main area is not good. Kitchen table and seating is really bad. The primary bedroom is large but has a lot of wasted space. The primary bathroom has 2 entrances, one of which is a curtain? Decorating is rather bizarre. A stairway to nowhere is a safety hazard. Outdoor space is good but no gas grill. Location is excellent. Management was responsive to issues including dried vomit in primary bedroom, dishwasher issues, and Wi-Fi issues. Driving to Longboat Key to pickup and drop off keys does not sound like much, but with traffic added 45 minutes on each end. How about a keypad? Never again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very impressed with this place. It had plenty of room for our family of 6, with some to spare. The first day we noticed one of the TVs didn't work, (which wasn't a huge deal) but we wanted to let them know for future guests. They sent someone out within a short time to take a look, then they came and replaced it the next day. The hot tub was cold and wouldn't turn on, so they sent someone else out the next day to get it working for us. We never complained, just wanted to inform them and they took GREAT care of us! There was plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen and really anything you could ever need. LOTS of bathroom towels AND beach towels, and very comfortable beds. While it was not right on the beach, it was a very short walk and that didn't bother us at all. The outdoor space was fun, w/a ping pong table and a basketball game for the kids to play. It REALLY was a home away from home. Our kids didn't want to leave!

Plenty of linens,towels and blankets. Well stocked kitchen. Fun outdoor area with ping pong. Hot tub and dishwasher were not working but didn’t mind with beach across the street and most meals out.

Absolutely loved this house!

This house was adorable and perfect for the 3 couples who rented it! The walk to the beach is much shorter than what the description says! Sadly, we had to leave early due to travel complications because of coronavirus but we hope to come back so we can enjoy a full week.

Beautiful home away from Home

It was even better than we expected. Beautifully decorated and such comfortable furniture. Close to the beach and it had a great patio with games and hot tub. We loved it there and hated to leave

Best Month Ever!!

The most reasonable deal around for the amount of time I stayed. I can’t wait to stay here again! If it wasn’t close to the beach, you would want to stay in the master suite forever! Such a wonderful and well appointed property! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
