Needs Lots of Up Keep

We stayed at this property for just over two months. January - early March 2025. We gave the rating of three stars truly because of the location. The location for us was ideal. It is one block from the beach, and 1.5 blocks from the Bay, pickelball courts, and park. You can walk (1 mile) to the grocery store, or just over a mile to shops and restaurants. This place needs a lot of work and updating. It doesn't help that every place surrounding this house has been fully remolded and is taken care of very well. Unfortunately that is not true about this place. The home was dirty when we checked in. It was aparent there hasn't been a good cleaning behind night stands, and in corners etc... for a long time. The kitchen table and chairs are falling apart. There is a cover on the kitchen table to hide how bad it is in the pictures, but really isn't sanitary to eat off of. The washing machine and dishwasher smelled so bad we had to go get a cleaner and still hesitated to use them. The "grill" was so rusted you wouldn't want to put anything on it to eat, and the grounds of the home were not taken care of. If you are the owner reading this, as a property owner myself, I would 100% look at a different management company. Their communication and follow through was awful, often blaming the lack of communicaiton on you. We discussed several concerns with them. You should definately look into the pigeons living in eves and ceiling of the master bedroom!

Great location

Very nice property, well furnished and excellent location to beach, stores etc. It could have been cleaner, mainly floors. Outdoor area was definitely in need of clean up. Did call management to address a problem with some insects and they did respond quickly which resulted in clearing up the issue. Last, it would be better to let the renter know in advance that you need to drive to a different location to pickup, and return keys.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental is scarcely stocked. One garbage bag, two rolls of toilet paper and one dishwasher pod so just be prepared, no laundry detergent. Also, the bedsheets in the master bedroom had some sort of snot or bodily fluid on them and we had to wash them our first night. Luckily the gas station sells detergent!

Reviewer Comments: Being familiar with the area, the description is misleading. 2 baths but no indication that there is one on each level. The walk to the beach is much closer than the description. The lighting is not user friendly, poor lighting in living room with two small lamps which were inconveniently placed for reading and an overhead fan light that was not working, The water pressure in kitchen was very low. Overall, we were comfortable and could adjust.

We had a wonderful stay in Bradenton Beach.

The location was great to access the beach and the areas of Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island. The home was nicely furnished and clean!

Very walkable to beach, restaurants etc. We rented bikes making the whole of Anna Maria accessible. The property wasnt properly cleaned when we arrived. The kitchen cabinets and kitchen closet had food and dirt dripping down them. Under the coach was never cleaned and had sand and garbage under it. On a wood floor, this was super visable. The joist's under the deck at the entry gave way while we were staying there. We did receive a prompt reply and it was repaired quickly. In general, there is way too many breakable knick knacks on display, leaving not much space for any of our things...car keys, purse, shoes, computer etc. We loved the decks! It brought the outdoors in and we spent a lot of time out there on both floors. We spent time in the hot tub, which was fairly new and clean. We also liked playing ping pong. Even though this was a shared area with the other renters, we felt like we had the space to ourselves.

Great condo near the beach

Great location as far as beach access and restaurants. I would recommend still having a car if staying here. It's also close to a Publix, which is definitely a plus. I wish it had self check in but you have to pick up and drop off keys at a nearby location.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location to the beach and a playground were really great for our family (2.5 year old and 7 month old). The property was safe, clean, and worked well for our needs. The available kitchen items were a little light (we added a new can opener and some new basic spices), one of the ovens didn't work (the the other did so it didn't matter), and one of the glass light fixtures was cracked when we got there and fell off and broke (luckily after the babies were asleep). The team who called me before our stay were very friendly. The person I spoke with about the light wasn't as friendly and no one responded to my emails, I had to call (easier to email due to time constraints) . I didn't bother calling about the oven bc the other one worked. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone we know. Thank you for a lovely place to be out home away from home for a little while!

We loved our stay here! Very quiet neighborhood, 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Owners are easy to get in touch with and provide you with everything you need for your stay. It is close to shops and restaurants as well!

Family stay at beach breeze

We loved our stayed abd this place. The outdoor areas were family friendly, our teenage sons enjoyed the ping pong table, bean bag game. We loved the outdoor seating and balcony areas off both floors. Best of all, it was a short walk to a quiet beach. We had a great time!
