Had everything we needed for a weekend beds really comfy…firepit unusable down the back too big for a basic fire needed a trailer of wood before any warmth…spa bath out of order which was disappointing amd not advised prior..a lovely place to stay otherwise had it all thanks

Amazing accommodation.

We decided to have a staycation for our family Christmas get together this year and it was just perfect. Our Sydney family and ourselves plus a few of the locals stayed here with up to 17 coming and going over weekend . So much space for everyone to spread out and enjoy all that was on offer. The pool , the outdoor deck, pool table indoors, multiple tvs, plenty of fridge space, pizza oven and just about anything you could think of was included in the kitchen. The beds, showers etc were all very comfy and the ducted aircon was amazing especially given the size of the rooms. We also took advantage of Bliss catering for our first night/ next morning . Beautifully presented and so much we had plenty for a few days. This was a fabulous place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The location was so close to downtown but felt like we were in the bush. Just perfect - thanks so much.The Marchant and Lee families -Christmas 2024

Great place to catch up with friends

Unfortunately we couldn't use the outdoor areas as 6 out of the 10 of us were suffering badly from allergies. The neighbours on either side have highly potent jasmine and privit hanging over into the property. One neighbour has a yard of chickens and a very noisy rooster 🐓 ....they also have a large tree full of bats. We ended up washing everything in the kitchen before we used it after finding lipstick marks on glasses and a few other dirty things. The property itself suited our needs.

Wonderful large home , Wonderful experience

The property was excellent great size and well maintained. The only fault was the lounge set up in both snooker & family rooms there wasn't enough seating , the out door areas were wonderful with BBQ & pizza oven and a extremely well maintained inground pool. Sarah who was our contact was a absolute delight to deal with & should be given a pay rise. Overall I highly recommend this property for a large group of friends

Great house + central location

Was in Mudgee with a large group doing wineries and this was the the perfect place to stay. Pool table kept us very entertained whilst in the house and everyone had their own spacious bedroom

Beautiful place to stay

Our large group stayed here for a few nights to do some of the wineries around the area. It was a great place to stay, very spacious and well equipped. Beautiful, clean and perfect for our group.

Fantastic property for large family gathering

Very spacious property with excellent inclusions. Very well situated and close to town. It is well maintained and very clean. The pool was an absolute winner on a warm weekend in January. Very impressed with the property manager who was very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late check out. The best property we have ever rented for an extended family stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing house

Beautiful big house, great for a large group with enough privacy in every room for each couple. Walking distance to town is a massive bonus! Very responsive and helpful hosts

A great place for a Ladies get away

Great House in Mudgee

The property was terrific, lots of room, an amazing array of inclusions including pool, full size snooker table, gaming consoles and a house stocked with every possible living requirement. The managers were very responsive and the communication before, during and after our stay was first rate.

Comfortable Stay

Communication was very good. Beds upstairs were super comfortable but bed downstairs not so great. Great range of extras eg pool table, dart board, board games and the pantry/fridge/bathroom items were great too. You really didn't need to bring anything extra. Pool could have been cleaned a bit better on check in and there is a family of ducks that visit the pool throughout the day so we had to keep cleaning it before the kids could go swimming. Everything is there to clean it so wasn't that big of a deal and not really something the owner can help. Location is really close to town so that was a bonus and only a short drive to wineries, honey shop, cheese shop and a visit to The Drip is a must.
