Fantastic location and views!

This was our second stay at the Beachcomber Penthouse. The location is beautiful and only a short drive from the historic district. We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise and spending time at the beach, which is just a short walk away. You can even see the water from the bed and bathroom window. I shared a few photos with the property manager of some minor cosmetic updates needed, and he responded quickly and assured us they would be addressed. The property manager was very responsive, and the entire process was smooth and easy. We can’t wait to come back!

Beach view marginal. The add is a bit misleading. There's really no outdoor space to enjoy the view, what little view there is. The property looks very unkempt compared to everything around it, for that value. The number of stairs is insane, but we managed. The tub/shower is dangerous (extremely slippery) The penthouse, itself is in pretty good shape.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beachcomber Penthouse. It was truly a perfect quiet getaway for two!The space was clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The king bed was excellent and we slept soundly every night. No noise at all. We especially loved the cozy layout with different little nooks: a reading/TV area, a kitchenette space, and the patio where we enjoyed tea with beautiful ocean views. We loved being steps away from the beach.The kitchenette had everything we needed for simple meals, coffee, and tea. The location is ideal. Publix was walkable and St. Augustine just 10-15 minutes away. Loved this quiet home base steps from the beach.Communication was easy, and a late checkout request was kindly accommodated. We also appreciated the warm hospitality and helpful local recommendations.A quick note: there are three flights of stairs, as stated and pictured in the listing. We found them sturdy and very manageable, but it’s something to consider.Overall, a beautiful, peaceful stay. Planning to return next year! Thank you.

The house was just as advertised. Cozy one room beach bungalow with ocean view. I few steps to the beach. And a very short walk to the small town. It was our time in St. Augustine and we would stay in this place again.

Great Getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying here! It is the perfect location, so close to the beach and near the bridge so we you can get into downtown. The host provided everything we needed and communicated very well! We will definitely be recommending and visiting again!

Beautiful beach vacation

Excellent location with easy beach access. The beach is perfect and the place was quiet and very clean with a very comfortable bed. Everything we needed was provided. The owner was very sweet and made sure we had the most pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
