Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, Debra. We hope you enjoyed your stay in this beautiful home despite the set back with the pool. Unfortunately, as you did not call our emergency line our office is not open during the weekend and we did not receive your message until Monday at which point someone from our office reached out immediately. We were confused as to how the pool was dirty as we had inspected the home at 10am after the last guest's departure and before you arrived at 4pm and the pool was perfectly clean and blue. We are not sure what might have happened between those few hours but we did send out the pool company as soon as we received your message to rectify the situation. We hope you were satisfied with our office's response and hope that you do reach out to us for your next vacation.
