Great experience!

We arrived on a Friday about mid-morning and reached out to see if we could get in early and she agreed. That was a great start to an enjoyable weekend. Our friends that got into town later were so happy we rented this house because it’s very nice and so comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the water was thankfully cool because it was well over a hundred degrees outside. We had a great weekend and it was so nice to be able to cook and hang out together. So much better than staying at a hotel. We would definitely rent this house again when we visit here again!

Well Equipped and Comfortable

We stayed over a holiday that involved cooking. I found the kitchen well equipped to do my part! Five adults had plenty of room. The yard is concrete and rock with a block wall. It is very secure for the dog. The dining table is large and can accommodate many. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. It was an easy check in and out. I would definitely book it again!!!

This home was perfect for us!

The house was recently remodeled and very nice. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, close to walking paths and a nice park. The location was ideal. Less than five minutes from several grocery stores, convenience stores, and places to eat. Easy access to freeways. Jill, the homeowner and property manager, is very accessible, accommodating, and answers texts within minutes. We look forward to staying here again.

Very clean and well-equipped property. Private outdoor areas that get both sun and shade. Nice, quiet neighborhood and close to parks and hiking areas. We definitely recommend this place!

Winter get away

Nice neighborhood with good walking path & park area. House was spacious & comfortable. Appreciated having a garage to park our vehicle. Nice pool area, but there are no chairs provided to sit by the pool. The major drawback to this location was that there were several spiders & insects inside the home, especially in the master bathroom. We contacted the host about the problem & an exterminator came a few days later. After a few more days, the insect issue had not cleared up, actually got worse. We contacted the host again & suggested that the exterminator needed to come back again. She did not address the issue any further & stopped responding to us. Very disappointed in the follow through of this major issue that never got resolved!

Comfortable

Very clean and comfortable property. Fully equipped kitchen and nice patio. Loved having a garage and washer and dryer. Plenty of space for 3 adults. Primary bathroom was huge! Owner responsive to questions. We'll be back!

Required Medical stay per Mayo

The home was clean, nicely decorated, easy to access and fairly close to Mayo Medical Center in Phoenix. We were required to be within a 30 minute radius. Jill is an excellent Premier Host, anything we needed, with one phone call, she iimmediately responded. I would love to stay at her second location in Pinetop, Arizona!

Super Nice!

The home was super nice - very clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 small dog. Great amenities and location. Owner was very hospitable! We will definitely stay here again when in the Phoenix area.

family getaway

Cleanliness and location of property was excellent for what we needed. Upon arrival we had aboslutely no toilet paper and no paper towels. But i text the owner and she had dropped them off within a short time. Two of the bedrooms, ceiling fans were not working and in my sons bedroom the overhead light did not work at all. The dishwasher did not work very well so in turn i washed dishes by hand during the week. Otherwise, the house was great!!!

Home away from Home

Fantastic experience in Phoenix. This VRBO home is clean, well decorated, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. I especially appreciated the large kitchen and openness flowing through the dining and living area.

Right Place - Right Location

Choose this property for its proximity to Moon Valley for a family event. Property is completely renovated. Great community pool a stones throw away. Every possible kitchen utensil should you need them. Large TVs in every room. We will definitely use this property again when we need to be in Phx / Scottsdale area. Oh and did I mention the ownership is top notch as well. Win Win Win.

Hello, We are Jill and Chris Rich. We recently purchased this 3 bedroom home for our daughter to use while completing college at Grand Canyon University. She has since accepted a position with Up With People, so it has become a vacation rental for us. When we purchased the home, we completely remodeled the entire home. It is a fresh, safe, airy and feels like home. The décor is comfy and classic farmhouse. All of the appliance, dishes, linen etc are new to the home this year. It is our 2nd VRBO rental. We like to treat our guest like family, just read the review from our place in Pinetop, Arizona on Pinetop Country Club. We live within 3 miles and raised our children in the Moon Valley area. If you are interested in renting from us, feel free to ask questions, we want you to make the best choice for your upcoming vacation.
