Originally from Canada, I first came to Costa Rica on a vacation 30 years ago, instantly fell in love with my wife, the country, the people, and never looked back.

My wife Sarah and I spend many weekends here, with our 3 kids, and friends.

My favorite part of Costa Rica is the Hermosa Palms, which I discovered when I rented one of the homes that I currently own. This occurred 6 years ago. Up to now, I have acquired another 3 more homes in the same neighborhood. That’s how much I love the place.

Naturally, I love to travel and see different places, study their culture and spend time with the people I encounter.

Besides traveling, I also enjoy hiking, running, and any type of fitness really. If you are into similar things and like to spend time in a natural setting, you will love everything Costa Rica has to offer. Some of the best national parks, hiking trails, and untouched beaches are just minutes away.

The bright and airy living space combines soft furniture offering enough space to fit in everyone and the kitchen to the other side with a large dining table. Well equipped with anything you might need here you will find all the cooking basics and more - a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooking top, microwave, coffee maker, including all cooking basics, utensils, pots, and pans. White vintage cupboards and simple décor create the perfect atmosphere to unleash the master chef in you if you are in the mood to cook up a storm. The open-plan living room also includes a comfortable work desk in case you need to catch up with some business tasks while on vacation. As if overlooking the pool is not distracting enough we have also equipped the place with table football so you can challenge friends of any age to a game or tournament,
Relax in style and grace in the master bedroom, decided in pastel colors and bold wall art. Kick back for a movie night in front of the TV if you are not in the mood for going out. This room has a sofa bed for additional guests, and a private bathroom. A baby crib available upon request ensures that even the youngest travelers will feel pampered. The other two bedrooms sleep 4 guests each, one equipped with two bunk beds and the other one with a double bed and a bunk bed for a total of 12 guests for the entire house.

This exquisite villa designed to meet guests’ highest expectations for style and comfort also includes a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Don’t mind packing your beach essentials - we provide beach towels and blanket, umbrella, and snorkeling gear as a compliment but we recommend that you bring sunblock and mosquito repellent.

In case you prefer privacy then this is the right place - a private pool just for our guests and a roofed deck with a dining table for all of you to gather outside. Dip in the pool for a few laps any time you feel like it or relax in the sun with a cool drink. Enjoy the romantic lights in the evening and fire up the BBQ to spend time with family and friends under the stars.
