Not clean property

Property wasnt clean when we checked in. There was dust all over the place. We had to vaccum the leaving carpet right after we checked in. Bedsheet , pillows and blanket were not clean. Main door lock and One of the Bath door lock was broken. Very limited utensils on Kitchen. No extra blankets (if needed). Very weird entry to the property, as always have to enter from backdoor. Not enough Car parking space.

Excellent!

Amazing spot to stay in Kissimmee. The house/villa was super spacious and comfortable for our group of 4. Plenty of bathrooms for larger groups. The resort pool area was busy during our stay with lots of kids and teenagers. The private pool was super cold when we checked in and the pool heating expense was worth it. The pool will be heated to 93-94 Fahrenheit and almost feels like a big hot tub. The only disappointing part of the rental was the single lounge chair in the pool area when the pictures show 2 lounge chairs and 2 regular chairs. This should be a simple fix for the management company for future guests. This property has good value and a good location if you plan on going to Disney World or any of the other parks Orlando has to offer.

Nice Resort

The resort was very nice. The townhouse was big and roomy. The beds were very firm so please be aware of that before renting. We did run into a few issues and ended up leaving early however the management team was very helpful in responding to our concerns and rectified all issues that arose.

Annual Florida Trip

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this property despite the horrible cell service in and around the unit. Even with being connected to the Wi-Fi, no one had service. I guess it turned out fine because it kept everyone engaged with each other. The property was very spacious allowing for space to just relax or enjoy the private pool or play games with the family. The number of restrooms was also a huge plus for a family of my size. However, the parking is very tricky. As someone parked in front of the back entrance to the property every single day, which was pretty annoying.. But overall, I would gladly stay in this unit again and would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed the property

We enjoyed the property, for the price it was nice and spacious. We had a few minor issues but once we called they came out next working day and resolved it. Could add tvs to all the rooms but property itself was great!

Could be a great place with a little extra care

We booked this house kinda last minute and chose it because of the neighborhood pool area for our daughter. The home itself it’s spacious and nice, but it wasn’t very clean and had quite a few things that were falling apart. The coffee pot was missing from the kitchen and there were quite a few doors (closets and cabinet) that were broken or off track. There were missing trash cans in bathrooms which wouldn’t really matter, but there is a big red sign in all the bathrooms stating to throw things in the trash cans. There were some broken banister rails that looks like they just shoved back into place and painted over the break. The kitchen is quite large, but not a lot of things for cooking. Not one mixing bowl or oven mitt. The dishwasher also didn’t clean anything on the top rack so we mostly hand washed the dishes. Our shower sliding glass door almost fell on me and shattered because they had done a bad bandaid job of fixing it from a prior issue, you could tell. I tried reaching out to the host that was listed on my booking, but they didn’t respond until after I called the PM company and had the coffee maker replaced. This home could be a much nicer property, if they focused on fixing some of the issues and cleaning a bit more thorough.

Very roomy, clean, new and well decorated

Very spacious clean and new. The pool was a big hit as all our grandchildren are under the age of 10. May consider this rental next year. The only negative was dealing with the agency that handled the booking. There repetitive emails asking for personal information and deposits even after providing them were aggravating.

Nice property, parking hard for more than one car

Nice property overall, the parking is one space per townhouse, unless access to the garage is given. Not a issue for us we only had one car. Minimal kitchen gadgets but enough to enjoy the stay. Minimal use on the house a few things slightly broken but again not an issue in the stay.

fantastic House

The house was beautiful and spacious. We had a slight hiccup with access to the house but a phone call to the property manager resolved that real quick. The WiFi info sheet at the house is incorrect, but the correct WiFi info was on the router/modem. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place ugly parking and creepy roads

My family and I stayed at this property for spring break march 12-16th. The place was just as advertised, and very clean! Plenty of towels all kitchen appliances available for convenience and plenty of space except for parking. The parking.....it was atrocious! People kind of parked wherever and with a 15 passenger it was kind of like playing a game of tetris. Getting to the place took us down this long dark creepy road. We thought we were lost, and finally we make it to the gate where there was one guard trying to check in multiple cars and the car line just got longer and longer. We were tired and ready to lay down and the guard took forever. Also, there were broken things covered up that would require very little time to take care of but seems to be forgotten about or swept under the rug(so to speak). Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would perhaps stay again maybe when less vacationers are not around. Management was very prompt in his responses. Experience it for yourself!

Parking was atrocious . It was a five bedroom five bath home with enough parking for one car.

The home itself was wonderful. Location was great. But the dryer problem, and the parking problem made it a little bit bothersome

Nice house and location

The house was nice and a good size. It could stand better dusting of the baseboards, over doorways, and the stair rail. The carpet is also in need of cleaning, and several light bulbs need replacing. The neighbors kept us up until 2:45 AM on Sat night with loud music and singing. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great Place

House was clean upon arrival and plenty of room for my family. Rooms could have used more places to put clothes away but no majors complaints. Although, if you have more then 2 vehicles, you’ll have a hard time parking.

First time renter

Had a great time. Place was very nice and had all the essentials we needed. Need a little more parking but we had three cars. Plenty for one. We had to leave early due to the hurricane and the owner was very nice to refund me for the time we couldn't stay. I would reccomend the property.

Nice Place

We had a towel issue that was resolved promptly 9 am day 2. There are no instructions in the unit... Normally there is a booklet with general and specific instructions for the unit. Did not know what to do with trash figured out by checking with neighbors. No dishwasher tabs. A bathrooms were shower only.. Furniture in living area is contemporary has low backs and is not comfortable, more seating in living area would be nice. Parking was a challenge, very tight and limited. Grab bar in showers would be nice addition for safety. The water heaters worked great had plenty of hot water. Overall the unit was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the waterpark area at the clubhouse. Would have been nice if it were open a little later than 730. We used the unit pool several times and it was nice.

Nice Place to Stay!!

We enjoyed the property and clubhouse amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The house had plenty of room. The only suggestions I would make would be that there needs to be a couple of small chairs added to the living room - should be more seating for a home with five bedrooms, more towels (both regular and beach) and the kitchen could be better stocked (i.e. no mixing bowls). Other than that, it was a great place for our group of 11 to stay for a long weekend.

Ficamos bem satisfeitos com o aluguel. O condomínio é muito bem localizado e oferece bastante opções de lazer. A casa é grande, muito bem equipada, confortável, com uma piscina gostosa. As crianças adoraram os quartos dos carros e da sereia. E a cozinha para criança fez sucesso! Recomendo e volto com certeza! - We were very pleased with the rent. The gated comunity is very well located and offers plenty of leisure options. The house is large, very well equipped, comfortable with a nice swimming pool. The children loved the rooms of the cars and the mermaid. And the kitchen for children was successful! I recommend it and I'll be back for sure!
