The apartment was great....large bedrooms and nice living space and kitchen. There was an outdoor terrace also. The location is in the business district but very walkable to the Quarter, Riverwalk, Casino, etc. Great plus was that we were allowed to leave our luggage in the apt. prior to check in so we didn't have to rent luggage storage. I'd certainly stay there again!

Fulfilled expectations.

Everything was as advertised. From cleanliness to communication of host in which I didn’t need because everything was straight forward. Would definitely stay there again if ever in New Orleans.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

This was one of the prettiest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great, just down the street from a fabulous market. We were able to get most of our meals there. We even walked the few blocks to the French Quarter. We sent a video of the condo to some friends and they immediately wanted to book their next trip here. Nothing negative to say about this one!

Great jumping off point

Fantastic location close to grocery store and lots of attractions. Comfortable lodging. Easy walk to streetcar line or convention center.

The property was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and is in a superb location. The beds were ridiculously soft and impossible to sleep on (all four of us agreed). The sheets are a synthetic blend. There was no spare blanket to aid sleeping on the couch. The water pressure is too low for the shower (rear bathroom) and sink (front bathroom). There was no black tea, and the coffee awful. We wouldn't stay there again

Fantastic Property and Location

Our family was in New Orleans for a conference at the Hyatt Regency. We had the option of staying there but preferred a VRBO and we are so glad we found this property. It was exactly as described. More than enough space for our family to spread out. We ate most breakfasts and lunches there, either opting to cook (fully stocked kitchen) or enjoying the prepared foods at the supermarket (across the street). The location is perfect, close to lots of great restaurants for dinner. We chose to walk everywhere (French Quarter, Garden District, Uptown) or occasionally take the street car. We were out late every night and felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood. We have stayed in many VRBOs and I would definitely say that this property is top of the list. We look forward to retuning in the future.

Fantastic Stay in NOLA

We loved our stay. The flat was stylish, clean, and in a fantastic location. We mostly walked everywhere and took an Uber a couple of times when we ventured further away. Grocery store across the street was super handy. We really enjoyed the balcony as well. Thank you for a great stay in NOLA!

Great Central Location

Nice, well cared for property. Only issue we had was the parking. Had access to only street parking with ability to park only two hours at a time between 8 am and 7 pm. Def would not have had a car if we had known in advance how good Lyft and Uber were in NOLA. TV service needs some upgrading.

Great experience!

Walking distance to the French Quarter but far enough away from the noise, nicely kept area in the CBD. CVS and a grocery and liquor store we’re right across the street and added bonus. Host sent communications to make sure everything was alright and asked if anything was needed. Highly recommend!

Great stay in NOLA

Property appearance as listed. Location was was great and walking distance to French Quarters. Only downside was one shower was unusable because paint chips were were falling from the ceiling. Upon informing property manager, he said he would take care of it. Property manager was very hospitable. Really enjoyed our visit.

Family Trip

What a great place! We loved every aspect - living room, bedrooms, and especially the balcony. Easy access to the French Quarter, the trolley line, and WW II museum. Highly recommend.

Awesome Experience

The location was perfect for walking, WW2 Museum & French Quarter. My family loved the huge balcony overlooking Baronne & Girod. The convenience of Rouse’s Market was great. We’d definitely recommend this beautiful unit and the quality of the property manager. Hope to return.

Just what we needed

Great location. This place was just what we needed. It’s a short walk to the French Quarter and Jackson Square. The space had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The building was quiet as we were there during the week. Check in was flawless and we were able to extend our stay without any problems. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in NOLA

This property is great because it is close to the French Quarter, and is walkable to and from Canal Street. There is a grocery store a half a block away that is super convenient. The location is great and was quiet for the times when we were wanting to lay around and rest. The only downside is that the home security system/alarm tripped several times while we were there, and there are not great instructions of communication on how to deal with that.

Wonderful Apartment & Terrific Location

This unit had absolutely everything needed for our trip. It is so spacious and right across the street from a grocery store for all the needed supplies. We felt extremely safe walking the neighborhood and visiting all the great places to eat and get coffee. I am still missing that bed ... super comfortable. This unit was absolutely as advertised and the check-in/check-out was super easy ... none of the nonsense you find with some of the others that make you wonder what you are paying all those fees for. Thank you so much and I look forward to visiting again.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Fully equipped with everything you would need at a home away from home. Ideal location. Large supermarket and CVS right across the street. Restaurants and the French Quarter are within walking distance. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Would most definitely stay again.

Weekend getaway

Our weekend was fabulous! Close to everything within a short walk. Loved having the Rouses right down the street for any forgotten items. We loved the balcony the most.

This property was amazing and the host where amazing and friendly. Everything was in distance. Great restaurant and atmosphere. Nice romantic getaway or family spot. Very beautiful and detailed. I’m definitely staying here again.
