The rental was exactly as advertised, from the nice design to the comfortable beds and quality linens. Our host, Frank, was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

The place was so cute and looked exactly like the pictures! It was super close to downtown shops and restaurants too! We will definitely stay there again! We forgot a coloring book on the tv console but will reach out to the property manager tomorrow.

Amazing

Only complaint was the impression location was “close to town “ turns out the pleasant walk to the river is 10 minutes via nice neighborhoods and quiet streets. I imagine in the summer this place would be perfect.

Beautifully Decorated Loft

The loft was comfy and beautifully decorated. We spent a girl’s weekend in wine country and found the the loft was walking distance to the charming downtown area. Host was very responsive when I couldn’t figure out the door lock. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and close to downtown

This was a perfect spot for us. Close to everywhere we needed to be. Easy to find and park. Walking distance to shops. We liked the industrial look and artwork.

The Petaluma loft was fantastic! Large, spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the extra little things that make your stay easy. Comfortable beds, coffee, wifi, washer dryer, nice water pressure in the shower, heaters, music - everything you could think of!

Gorgeous loft, stay and super convenient!

We had a fantastic time in this modern, well-appointed, modern, super clean loft. The art is gorgeous - and definitely an interior decorator designed (or someone very gifted). It is behind a cross-fit gym but quiet, open and incredibly relaxing. We walked to downtown Petaluma several times where our relatives live and also just hung out in the spacious living room.

Great Place

This is a really stylish, comfortable apartment with kind people who own it. The bed was perfect. The only fault was due to the people who rent the apartment when VRBO people aren't staying there. They left a mess so our check-in time was pushed back, they took the coffee, tea etc so no drinks for us even though the sugar, etc was set up, and worst of all, they played loud music past 2:00 am. If those renters weren't involved, I think this stay would have been perfect.

Classy Petaluma warehouse loft

The pictures are accurate for this lovely rental, and the location is only 15 min walk to downtown. The furnishings and artwork are beautiful and obviously purposefully chosen for this unit. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds comfortable. Quite location. Had a bit of a misunderstanding when we first arrived, but Frank rectified the situation quickly - responded to our messages almost immediate. Overall I would love to stay here again - Petaluma is a great little town with lots to offer, and Frank’s rental is very convenient and comfortable!

A fantastic and unique stay!

The place was unique in that it is a loft with a large bedroom (plus one on the ground floor), artwork everywhere, a well-appointed kitchen, washer and drier, a good sized bathroom, great light, and plenty of space heaters. Spent a weekend here, and found the kitchen well-stocked with enough stuff to cook dinner and breakfast, make cocktails (BYOB, of course). The beds were comfortable, with the upstairs being the largest one (a King size?). The pictures in listing didn't have a TV shown, but one was there. Basic cable, and couldn't screenshare with it from our devices, but worked fine. No biggie for us. The cool and interesting stools in the kitchen are great, just know they are not the most stable. So, if you have little ones, they tip very easily. Great table though. Parking was fine, but I can see how when the gym out front is super busy it may be hard to find a spot by the door. Note that it is a semi-gravel parking lot, and on rainy days it may be a bit muddy. There is a little patio out front. One mention is that the front door has a big window in it, so not much privacy there. Though it would detract from the aesthetic a bit, would be nice to have a curtain one could draw over it. Or frost it a bit? Basically, people in the parking lot can see in down the length of the place, so no walking around without clothes (unless that's how you jam.)

Cute Property close to downtown

We really enjoyed this property! Cutest warehouse loft. Well appointed with what we needed. Quick access to downtown. Owner was very responsive to any questions/messages. Listing didn’t note Wi-Fi but it was available. We enjoyed the stay here!!

Wonderful VRBO experience!

Chic style, very clean, and comfy beds made our stay one of the best home away from home experiences ever! A short walk into downtown Petaluma with endless restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Frank was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this beautifully renovated warehouse loft!
