We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Some of the dishes were dirty. I would stay here again in hopes that there had been some improvements.

Very clean with great view

Very nice place with a comfortable balcony from which to view the ocean. The bed was not super comfortable but overall the condo was very nice and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking etc. Nice beach chairs and easy beach access. Would stay again.

Great Condo!

This condo is a MUST recommend! The property is great. Perfect for a couple to spend a relaxing weekend at the beach. The communication with the management company, particularly Bridget, was excellent. It had every we needed and more! We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was nice but the furniture was dusty and they really need a blender so we could make frozen drinks at the beach!

Condo was beautiful! Ocean view on 5th floor! Clean, updated and quiet! Convenient to everything! Florida Vacay very helpful! I left something and they are shipping it to me! Highly recommend!

Look no further if you want to stay at New Smyrna Beach

Let me put it this way.: five separate units of our family (spanning 3 generations-19 people) stayed here at the same time in five different condos. All ten adults voted that this place is "a keeper," and we will all stay here again. How often can you get 10 adults to agree on anything? The kids old enough to express a view liked it too. Nice pools, close to beach, many restaurants nearby, assigned parking. Well kept, as well.

A nice getaway

Overall, we had a enjoyable time. We were very impressed with how well stocked the condo was. From kitchen gadgets, extra linens, a blow dryers, to the amount of beach accessories, it was plentiful. The property management was very helpful with issues. Our only problem was the bunkbeds in the bunk room, which was basically in the size of a large closet. They were very shaky, so my teenage daughter slept on the couch. The size of the room also didn’t give her the privacy she wanted. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location w perfect view of the ocean!

Right from the start this condo was amazing! Beautiful ocean view w only a few short steps to the beach. You walk through the pool deck to get there. Very nice well equipped kitchen with all you need to make meals. Shower was very spacious and clean as well w the whole place. Lots of room to move around for the two of us through the whole condo. Very Close to the elevator. We enjoyed going to the restaurant Chase‘s close by. The garlic on our very last night. Beautiful walks on the beach at night with gorgeous sunsets! We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and playing a little volleyball! Definitely great location for us bc I have family 20-30 mins away. We will be back! Thank you for letting stay at your home.

Comfortable stay for 2 Adults-few hiccups

Upon arrival we found our assigned space to have construction materials in it. Contacted management, was given permission to park in reserved spot by building. The initial listing I booked under had a hot tub listed as an amenity which is one of the main reasons I booked here. We were coming from 3 days of live music and my hubby has foot, back and knee issues, so needless to say we were disappointed to find out the listing was incorrect. There was only 1 beach chair that wasn’t broken and no umbrellas. We had to purchase both as we flew in. On a positive note, the kitchen was very stocked with anything you needed for cooking. The balcony was very nice to sit out on. The management company did extend us with a late check out for the inconveniences.

Great vacation condo

Hi all. Very clean and well presented on vrbo site. The condo was well equipped and had everything you need to cook or BBQ. We were here for a month and everything is close by for groceries etc. Would stay here again no problem.

Peace and Tranquility

Very nice. Clean, well maintained, nicely furnished/decorated. Quiet, no yelling, no loud parties. Lovely area with great restaurants and stores nearby. Would certainly recommend it and if traveling to that section of Florida again, would consider staying there.

Overall, the stay was okay. The actual room was underwhelming, but the view from balcony was nice. Lack of common area (hallways and elevator) lighting made an unfamiliar renter a bit uncomfortable when returning from a dinner out or post sunset/rain storm.

We really enjoyed this condo & location. It was quiet and exactly described as listed/shown. Cute ice cream shop across the street, the pools were great and so close to the ocean. Our only complaint was there were no baking/sheet pans for oven and the place smelled musty when we arrived.
