Okay, won’t be staying again!
First of all I will say this is a duplex. Using of the kayaks, crab traps and back dock is contingent on who gets there first-our neighbors liked to be out there first thing in the morning until 11 pm! They only left to go to beach midday. The home definitely needs updating. Rusty fixtures, peeling up flooring and VERY thin walls! Feels like you are on a boat cause the house “moves” when people are walking around or the wind blows. Advertised that it is pet friendly, paid for it and then the contract I had to sign said dogs only! Had to end up boarding my cats for the 5 nights stay! It is stated everywhere “No Refunds” so I was out the extra pet/dog only charge! The check in/out times are also different in the signed contract-check out is 10 am and check in at 3 pm. Priced way to high, IMO, could stay at the hotel for half the price and just as nice. Very obvious pets have been present here-hair present on the furniture. It was a good location-we came to fish and relax. Very quiet neighborhood. Wish we could’ve booked both sides so we could have used the amenities the entire duration of our stay instead of just the first 2 days:(
