I've stayed in in Pensacola a couple of times and this bungalow was amazing. Roomy, clean close to everything. Very reasonable in price. I'll stay again. The owner was very helpful very nice.

Cutest condo ever!!

The decor was so adorable, the condo came furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Walk was so close to the beach, very short drives to anywhere because it’s so close to everything. Would stay here again for sure.

Property was perfect and owner was wonderful. The condo complex was under renovation but the contractors were careful to not be too much of a disturbance or inconvenience. Short walk to Pensacola beach, restaurants, and local activities. We will definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed the location. The beach across the street is beautiful with sand that is almost white. The condo itself was clean and well furnished. We called Jacey twice with questions, and she was pleasant and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Clean and Quiet

The condo is exactly as pictured with cool artwork and funky decor. We loved it! The unit was quiet and clean. The bed was extemely comfortable. The location was perfect for heading to the beach/fishing. So many places to explore!

It was a great place to stay a week. My only complaint is that it isn’t the easiest place to locate on GPS. The address is for the West building, if you’re in the East building, you have ignore the GPS and go one more street down to find it.

Anniversary get Away!

This little condo was beyond perfect ! Clean, awesome location and the view from the patio of Sabine Bay! And we were blessed with fireworks we think from the baseball stadium across the bay! Has everything you need and more ! Walkable to everything ! Beach across street - steps away ! Thank you !

Stress Free & Relaxing Family Vacation

From the easy, keyless entry to the easy checkout procedures with just a few requirements, this was a very stress free place to stay. We also loved and appreciated the notes around the condo that answered any questions we had. We beach yearly and have always done the gulf side, but we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on the bay again. About a 3 1/2-6 minute walk to the ocean…so easy and close! The outdoor shower allowed for cleanup when returning as well. The sleeper sofa was a little uncomfortable for our adult-age children, but there were so many extra blankets that they made it comfortable. From the extra blankets to the inter tubes and toiletries for use before our shopping trip and for final showers after we packed, the extras were very much appreciated! The only thing we could’ve used that wasn’t provided was a blender (not a complaint at all, just an fyi for future guests that focus on most recent comments). Thank you for sharing your condo with our family this past week!!!

Unsanitary and Dishonest

This condo had a great view and good location. Unfortunately the apartment was dirty, with a hairy maxi pad liner stuck to the furniture unclean sheets. These cleanliness issues were compounded by the owner, Jacey. She was rude and lied about easily checked details of what she could do to make it right. Our attempts to make rectify the issues with both the owner the property company were treated with disdain and further dishonesty. The service by Evolve and the owner is what I expect from your cut-rate competitors renting to college students on spring break. Travelers beware. Service at Evolve is so bad, they do not even allow guests to leave a Google review. Mature tourists should stay away from Evolve and this listing.
