Nice house for a stay.

The house and property was very nice. My on caveat was bath linens and toilet paper. Given our family of 8 were staying there, we had to go out and purchase toilet paper and the linens were very thin and worn out with only one per person with no extras available if one became overly soiled. Hopefully this issue can be corrected after management review.

Hi Mark Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate it. The home (like almost all vacation rentals) is provided on a self-catering basis. We provide a starter pack of toilet tissue and soap for each bathroom, but we don't provide a supply for the whole of your stay - and it is expected that you will need to buy supplies during your visit. We're sorry if this wasn't your expectation. Thanks for your comment regarding the linens (we think you mean the towels). There should have been spare towels in the closets and we will check on that. We will also check on the condition of the towels to make sure they're within the standard that's provided. We hope that you'll come back to visit again soon! Hi Leslie Thanks for your review and for providing feedback following your stay. We are sorry that you had a less the perfect stay in this house. The house is in need of a deep clean and there is a problem with a roof leak in the kitchen area that we were made aware of just before your stay. We've already arranged for the sofas to be steam cleaned following your feedback and will add more silverware for future guests.

Bring supplies

Very nice house but we had no idea that we needed to bring our own trash bags for the kitchen trash, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap etc. We vacation a lot and there is typically always the bare essentials. There was a beer cap in the pool, carpet needs to be cleaned and walls were dirty. Size was great. Location was awesome and layout of the home was nice. It suited our family great. Trash was still out front from previous guests and was there three days later when we left...which I thought was very nasty.

Hi Cindy We are sorry that you arrived and found no amenities? VillaDirect provides a range of complimentary amenities in the property for the start of each guests stay - including, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, soaps, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, sponges, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent pods, liquid soap, extra trash bags, a roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and more. We are always interested in feedback about what additional amenities could be of benefit to guests who stay in our homes. It is expected that guests will need to replenish some items and supply personal toiletries during their stay, and that items are only provided as a "starter pack" of amenities. We can only assume that, somehow, the pre-arrival inspection for your stay didn't take place - for which we can only apologize. The trash collection is done by the resort management - so we will chase them to improve their service.

Family Vacation

I live in Georgia and decided to bring my godson and a few family members with me to Florida. When we arrived the house was exactly as the picture on the site. Beautiful!! There were no complaints with anything. We enjoyed the private pool almost every night we were there. We visited Disney world and couldn’t wait to get back to the house. Each family member was able to enjoy their own room and bathroom. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I would recommend this house to anyone. The game room was also a plus for the kids. Everything was awesome and my family even thanked me for booking such a wonderful house.

Nightmare checking process

We arrived at Champions gate around 6:15pm we did not make it to the house do to sitting inline for two hours to check in. The house was nice however the upon arrival the ac was not working in the gaming area. We contacted maintainance they came and was not able to fix it. This was unfortunate because it was one of the main reasons that we selected the property. This major issue for us put a limit on Our kids activities. You know kids get bored fast🤦🏽‍♀️

Hi Denise Thanks for your review. ChampionsGate Resort does get very busy for weekend check-ins and delays can be difficult for guests. Unlike many other companies (who cause the delays) VillaDirect preregisters every guest and driver in the Gate security system. We can also issue guests with a bar code for access through the faster, right hand lane on request. Unfortunately, the AC unit failed for your stay. We are sorry that this occurred, but we were unable to have the unit replaced without the owners' permission. Since then the owner has replaced it with a new AC unit for future guests. We hope that you'll come back to visit again soon! Wonderful home with all the amenities!

We had a great stay, with perfect weather! The only thing that could have made our stay more perfect was if the pool heat had been on when we arrived… we paid for heat for all six nights and the pool was freezing on our arrival. They did get it on, however it took three days to warm up. Villadirect did refund two days worth. Would highly recommend heating the pool if you are going in February and plan to use it!
