We stayed here over New Year’s with our sons. The unit was clean and well kept. Communication was outstanding prior to our arrival which made check-in very easy. it is within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room, clean and open, comfortable furniture, great view overlooking pool area and sight line to the beach. Easy 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and beach walk. Wonderful communication! Would love to stay again! The pool area is currently under construction but the final project will be amazing!

Everything was as described. Walking distance to everything! We enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be to get a better mattress or topper.

Location, location, location and Great Small Amenities

1. This property is on the east side of Waikiki and a short drive to the H-1 Freeway, which is key to getting around Oahu - a plus if you have a rental car. 2. Being one-and-a-half blocks from Waikiki Beach is a great benefit. It is a world class beach, and being able to stroll down and back on a whim means you can squeeze in a swim or beach walk anytime. 3. This property is on the ninth floor which means that, in many ways, you can bypass long waits for the elevators. We parked on the 4th floor on the east side, and were able to walk up and down five stories to the room. There is a safety door above the fifth floor, so always carry your common area key. Also, you can walk down and back to the sixth floor recreation area without using the elevators to take a quick dip in the pool. 4. Finally, the garbage disposal is very much appreciated, as is the little vacuum cleaner (bring some earplugs) since getting sand in the place is a face of life in Hawaii. The laundry room is next door, but the noise did not bother us.

Perfect Place to stay!

I was looking for some place close to the beach, had a kitchen and I didn't have to pay for parking and resort fees on top of condo fee and this checked off all of those. It was very clean, had everything needed to cook (I didn't want to eat out for 3 meals a day for a week!), super close to the beach. Communication with Rebecca was super, she called to make sure we landed safely, told me about a very last minute change to the building (something beyond their control). I highly recommend this place and the company its managed through!

Waikiki

Perfect spot within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. What more could you ask for. Place was nothing fancy but clean, comfortable and everything you would need to make breakfast, go to the jacuzzi and get a good nights sleep.

Great getaway

My husband and I took our 17 and 19 year old kids on a last minute getaway. This location was ideal! Close to the beach and down town. We walked everywhere we went unless we went to another town. Kids were able to go hang out in the pool or hot tubs and we could see them. Convenient and family friendly, Great location. Rebecca was an amazing host as well.

Simple and pleasant

Sweet little place, kinda old school simple vibe but updated kitchen! Perfect spot for my family to stay for medical reasons, right at the end of Waikiki so you can get out really quickly but still able to walk down town and enjoy it all! Would definitely stay again. Theresa was very great and communicative during everything!

One of our favorite locations. We enjoyed the view. Very comfortable seating and Beds.

Quick Visit

Condo was very comfortable, clean and fully equiped for a 7 day stay. Location is perfect for a trip when not wanting to rent a car...a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants.

Condo was exactly like the pictures. 1 long block from the beach (google makes it look farther). Building was surprisingly quiet given the number of floors. Shared laundry right next door is convenient

Great getaway

Our family of four (with 2 young ones) loved this condo. Perfectly located for all sorts of fun, with a full kitchen that is awesome for keeping the little ones happy / fed. Will be back for sure.

Perfect location

The was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We had a wonderful time, everything was has described and the location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to beach, restaurant and stores. In addition, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and playground area with our kids.

Great condo in excellent location

This is a great condo stocked with everything we needed for vacation. The living room/kitchen area is spacious and comfortable. The location is wonderful- so close to the beach and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Rebecca was helpful and responsive. This condo was perfect for our week stay.
