My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the two months we spent in Tucson. The house on Fort Yuma Trail was just as inviting and comfortable as it has been for the past two years. To be specific, the house is cheerfully furnished. It is bright, clean, and offers splendid views of the Catalina mountain range, the desert, and the city, which is especially nice at night when it is lit up. The house, by the way, is adaptable to all climates with excellent heating and air-conditioning. The outdoor spaces are excellent.
The heating and air conditioning systems work effectively and quietly. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is user friendly and well equipped with dishware, glassware, pots and pans and necessary implements for cooking and eating. The bathrooms are also large and comfortable. The closet space and drawers for clothing are spacious. The outdoor spaces (terrace, entrance way, and additional terrace space) enable special views in every direction including the brilliant late afternoon nd evening sunsets. The terrace off the living room has an ample overhang and a new effective grill for barbecuing. It is a quiet, peaceful location - wonderful for rest, relaxation, desert viewing and bird watching. The garage is neat, clean and spacious. Of additional significance is the kindness of the owner and her assistant who were readily available to answer any questions or troubleshoot if necessary. My wife and I consider this feature very special to complement the amenities of this wonderful house, which always makes us feel at home.
