The property itself was great! Clean, good location and accurately advertised. Property manager (Sonja) was, what I can only described as, unengaged and non-service oriented. The day we arrived the only road in/out of the neighborhood was in the beginning stages of being repaved. I called her asking where additional parking options were located. She did assist in that and stated that she had no idea about paving. That night at 8:00pm she sent a text message stating that our water would be turned off at 9:00 the next morning until up to 5:00pm with a simple "Sorry". At that point I suggested that a possible compensation may be in order due to inconvenience. No response. Water was off until 3:00pm. The following day the new pavement was laid. We were unable to leave subdivision for over 45 minutes and had to readjust dinner plans. I conveyed that to Sonja as well. Again, "Sorry". After dinner we returned for the evening to find the TV in the master bedroom did not turn on. I texted, she offered a few solutions for me to try (none of which worked) then "Sorry". Finally, I attempted to do some laundry before leaving. The clothes washer had a terrible odor from door being sealed shut without being completely dry inside. I texted Sonja "we will clean it out with bleach. Thanks!" To me, all this would justify some refunding even a small portion of our payment. Not to Sonja.
