We were a family of 6 celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The location was perfect. The unit was a dream, so clean and comfortable. With a lift as a bonus as my husband had walking issues. Have already booked for next year.

Great location

This property was perfect for our needs as we attended a wedding in Fingal Bay. It comfortably accommodated our family, and the location was great. The view, and the closeness of the beach was a bonus. Be prepared though to take all necessities. Linen was provided, but no toiletries - not even soap or toilet paper were supplied. A weekend away where you have to take everything including dishwasher tablets, dishcloths and coffee meant trips to the supermarket were required. Be prepared. There is also a lot of stuff in the garage which meant only one of our cars would fit. Street parking was thankfully available.

Hi David, thank you for giving us a good star rating! Our properties are self-catered. A welcome pack is provided on arrival but apart from that, items are to be purchased by the guests. Rest assured that your remarks have been shared with the team for awareness and improvement. It has been a pleasure hosting you, David!

Ants everywhere

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It had been deeply disappointing to have hundreds of ants placed everywhere in the property, and more so in the kitchen. It ruined our holiday.

Lovely but lacking

The property is well presented and well located and charges top dollar for those benefits. It would have been better had a few basics been included like loo paper, Internet/wifi access, mattresses that don’t leave you with a sore back in the morning and pillows that don’t collapse under your head.

Perfect location

Great space for families or groups. Located right across from Fingal Bay beach and a short drive to any of the main towns in port Stephens. All the amenities you could need to make it feel like home. Really loved this place and so did our guests. The only reason I only give it a 4/5 is due to one of our guests being stuck in a room for 5 hours as the door jammed and lock was faulty. Also must bring insect spray as being so close to the beach and national park there are ants that find their way in. That aside it was amazing.
