Missing towels and some bed linen.

It isn't OK to arrive and the sheets and towels not supplied, but thankfully the problem was solved.

Great location

Unit much smaller than looked in pictures. Had chips and sand all over floor on arrival. Air con did not work. Fan in bedroom sounded like an airplane taking off. Good location though, close to everything.

great location

secure pleasant accommodation. just minor issues like no sugar and having to make the beds. floors not being exactly clean. they are relying on renters to do these cleaning things well and not every one does.

Stay here for the location not the view

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location close to all the restaurants and main shops in Shoal Bay, the unit itself was basic and at the rear of the building so the view picture is a little deceiving, also note the hot water system is not endless and runs out after 3 adults showering.

Shoal Bay Easter School Holiday Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We regularly stay in Shoal Bay over the Easter school holidays. This is the first time that we have stayed in this particular property. We could not fault the cleanliness and location of this property. It is situated in easy walking distance to the beach and all the local Shoal Bay shops. The negative for us was that there is no internet connection to this property and the 4G data coverage is very poor making it challenging to access the internet by any means. Also, the noise from the local Country Club every single night is significant and because of this and the poor data coverage it is unlikely that we would stay here again.
