Great location

Very good spacious, very well equipped, but could not get free to air TV,only one of us out of four, could connect to WiFi The other negative was we could only open the windows,a tiny amount, and as it was very warm, could not get much cooling breeze, particularly in the bedrooms.

Unit 6 is very spacious and great location, thank you for your review. On checking the TV after your departure, it seems the arial cable was removed, unsure how this happened but all fixed now. Foxtel with the full package is supplied so I hope you enjoyed that. Internet is slow up here when there are a lot of holiday makers in the area. We live with it, but many guests don't understand we are in the country. We have now removed WIFI from this unit as many guests use their phone WIFI. The window issue is a government enforced safety measure, while we don't like it, we cannot change it. We have installed ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the breeze that comes from them and through the windows is normally sufficient. When the front balcony door is opened the cool sea breezes are lovely during the hotter months. Thank you again for your review.

Shoal Bay Vacay

We loved staying at this unit! It was supremely situated and well kitted out for a wonderful stay. The sea breeze was all the aircon we needed but the provided fans helped on the warmer days. Loved that we could do some laundry when needed. Secure building. Our car could not fit in the underneath parking but we had no problem finding a spot to park. Great food options a short walk away.

Perfect Location. Love Shoal Bay.

Love Shoal Bay and these easy living apartments. We always stay in the South Pacific complex. Well maintained and secure and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Perfect for a family getaway. We love Zenith Beach. The whole beach to ourselves most of the time. Great location as you have the choice of the bay, or the beach. Plus great cafes, restaurants, supermarket, takeaway and shops all within 100m. And the walk up Mt Tomaree is just breathtaking. We'll be back again for sure!

Holiday In The Bay is a quality holiday accommodation service. Offering a range of units, houses and duplexes including a pet friendly duplex.
Why I do this?
I love helping people discover Port Stephens. It is a delightful holiday destination only two hour’s drive north of Sydney. I have managed a range of holiday properties, from budget to boutique, for the last 12 years giving me unique knowledge and insight to match the needs and expectations of guests and property owners alike.
For Guests -
All my properties come supplied with linen, which means sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. You only need to bring your beach towels, although we can arrange hire of these too!
All properties are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Check in is easy so you can enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive.
You can view online all properties in more detail, check availability, pricing and book. If you need to contact me, please call 0438 237 484, I am here to help you have the best holiday you can.
Since moving to Port Stephens whale watching has become a passion for me, whether I’m site seeing from the shoreline or on board a whale charter. Whale season is between June and October, with dolphins inspiring us all year round.
Pet Friendly: Some family members have paws, if that’s your family take a look at our Fingal Bay property. There’s even a nearby dog park!

Hampers: Picnic baskets, gift boxes and fresh flowers can also be organised for your special occasion, anniversary, birthday or just because you want something a bit special. Charter bookings for dolphin/whale watch cruises and deep sea fishing can also be organised. If you require food baskets on arrival with specific items this can be organised.

I look forward to helping you make beautiful memories of your beach holiday in Port Stephens.
