Was a beautiful and spacious place in a very quiet area even though it is close to everything i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. The chook that was in the backyard from next door was a laugh as our dog was scared of it

My husband & I stayed with our 2 x little dogs & enjoyed our stay. The house would be perfect for a family in summer! Well equipped & a lot of space. Karl was really lovely & easy to deal with.

Great location

Our stay was great. The accommodation was easy. Everything we needed at hand, the house was warm, location great for restaurants, beach, walking tracks. Karl welcomed us and was respectful of our time as he quickly showed us around. Whilst WiFi wasn’t critical to us it was disappointing to learn late in the process that it wasn’t actually available at the property.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful long weekend in Tootgarook. Perfect location for the nearby beach and exploring the peninsula. Karl was a great host and so helpful and easy to contact.

Great Location. Very peaceful!

Lovely spot, cosy and welcoming

Karl was a perfect host. The house is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We had a lovely stay, it's a great location and the local beach is beautiful.

Comfortable and great location

The property is clean, lots of beds and a lovely spacious lounge room. Lovely safe yard for the dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly Recommend recommend.

Lovely house with lots of space 50m from the beach

Everything you need for a long or short stay is provided in this spacious house in quiet street. 50m wander to the stunning beach. Easy 5 min walk to Rye where there are supermarkets cafes restaurants. Excellent stay. Will come again

A perfect little get away with the pet

A perfect place for a beach holiday with your dog. House was extremly clean, Host was good. Beach just up the road. Shops not far. I was surprised how quiet it was and how soft the grass was in the back yard. And our pup loved it too!

Relaxed friendly beach stay.

We had a very comfortable stay with our family. Ken was very welcoming, helpful and available if we needed anything. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our beach holiday. The addition of the pool/games table was a winner with our son. Very quiet and calm area both day and night. The fig trees and vegetable gardens made it feel like home.

Wonderful host and great location. Spacious property great for dogs

Karl was helpful and kind. There is a huge enclosed yard for our furbaby and it was great. The property is very spacious. Our stay was comfortable and we will come back for sure.
