Neighbours complained, and local Police live across the road

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Neighbours too close, apparently complained, but no one came to see us. Street was very quiet, no fun was allowed. Property wasn’t very clean, it was cleaner when we left. Overall experience not the best place to stay neighbours and Police watching everything. Too small of a town.

Port Vincent Easter stay

The house was great supplying everything we needed. Plenty of parking and great outdoor area with lots of fridges to keep drinks cold. The only negative is that floors needed a good mop .Our feet were filthy after walking on the floorboards when first arriving.

overall very good, pros, pleasant quiet area, excellent outside entertaining area with crab cooker bbq etc, ample parking, good facilities provided. cons not too many at all but did get bit warm in some bedrooms for sleep on hot days, fans would have helped where theres no ceiling fans, bit far from aircon, bent key could have been replaced..........would certainly consider staying again

The location was great with only a 10 minute stroll to the centre of town or the beach. The home had everything you could possibly expect. The balcony was a great spot at any time of the day to enjoy a meal or a drink and a platter. It was such a quiet area and you could not help but relax.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cleaning was not up to standards, should have been vacuumed, barbecue had not been cleaned from previous person. Upstairs toilet was not very clean, you could tell no one had stayed at the property for a while as the water was stagnant - however their were a couple of poo marks on the top inner rim of toilet. A used ban daid was found in one of the bedside drawers. Windows to the property were very dirty and have not been cleaned in a long time. I have photos to show the booking company I used. Other then the lack of cleaning everything else was good especially in the price range that we paid.

kids loved having their own area on ground floor but enjoyed having a view across the roof tops from the balcony up stairs.

Well presented house and garden. Plenty of space. All needs met. Definitely recommend for families . Nice quiet street.
