Amazing experience!

It was a beautiful house surrounded by a big garden with a grate swimmingpool. Just like the advertisement. The contact with the owner and the housekeeper was perfect. We had a wonderful stay at the villa.

Nice house, good location

Enjoyed the house, though the electric left much to be desired, as we had to go out to the street in the pouring rain to reset the breaker several times. It was cold and we tried to turn on the room heater while also having the bathroom heater on (someone was showering). You can barely turn anything on without tripping the breaker. We also battled with ants in the kitchen, bathroom and dining area, but I’m sure that was weather related, the house was clean otherwise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room in the fridge for our groceries. Great location, close to stores, restaurants and the sea! The middle bedroom smelled of mold, but again, assuming this is weather related, and it being a rental and not occupied daily, being closed up with moisture sitting. The owner is very responsive, was easy to book, check in and check out. Would rent again if the need arises.

Perfekte Lage, herzliche Gastgeber, bezauberndes Ferienhaus

Vacation to never forget!

We would like to thank Christian and Tosca for such a wonderful holiday we spent in your house! The accommodation was in a very good condition, clean, well maintained and very well equipped (kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and all small but very necessary things in garden). Airconditions in 3 bedrooms and in the living worked good. Neighborhood was very nice and clean, all villas around. The seashore was 10 min. on walking distance, sandy beach with shallow entrance into the water. Sweeming pool was the best place in the world for our 3 children (9, 12 and13 years old), also warm and clean. Defenitely we will come back! Greetings, Marina

Fantastic

We were a group of 6 stundents, and we were in Els Poblets for 1 week. we really enjoyed our stay, it was quiet, relaxing, the outdoor area was amazing, with the pool and everything and we really could enjoy our free time there. the only thing i would mention is the internet, it wasnt available for the first 2 days and the available stick is not reaching all the rooms, so we couldnt be online where we wanted. I generally would prefer a normal wifi with a flatrate to surf, cause we streamed a lot of music, which also costed us some extra money cause of the roaming. But nevertheless i was very happy with the house and the area, Denia is near and we had a car so we went there many times for the beach (Els Poblets Beach is unfortunately only a pebble beach not a sand one), for driving jetski and other activities. Last things last, i loved the kitchen, the big refrigerator with space for a lot of ice cubes and the dishwashing machine made the work in the kitchen a lot more fun. Hope this wasnt our last time in Els Poblets.

Also zum Abschluss, lange Rede, kurzer Sinn.

Lovely villa

The villa is in a very peaceful setting and the pool area is great to chill out. The photos and info written by the owners about villa are all accurate. The villa itself is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The location of the villa is very good to explore the local area and there are many lovely beaches and attractions to see nearby. We visited the villa as a family of four and would recommend this villa to everyone.

Traumhafter Urlaub
