Family Beach Vacation

This property was great for our family vacation. The property was just as advertised and super clean. The beach view off the balcony was amazing. The condo had great and easy access to the beach. The location was fantastic and centrally located to restaurants and souvenir shops. Also, right behind a condo on the beach is a place to parasail and ride the banana boat.

Hurricane Helene passed close to us, but was no problem. We stay at this unit on all of our trips to Gulf Shores. I highly recommend this unit and Bender Realty.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Gulf Shores for years now, from the time the kids were small until now where they are adults still coming with mom and dad on Vacation. This condo was by far our favorite. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great experience and a great place to stay. Bender made everything easy and I have to say that they were so attentive and made you feel that they would handle anything in a fast and professional way. They never had to respond as everything was as advertised and worked perfectly. However, I have no doubt that they would have, if needed. If you are going to spend some time in Gulf Shores, this is the place to do it!

Great location, needs a deep clean

The location of the condo was perfect. We enjoyed our stay but it needs to be deep cleaned. Floors, ceilings, baseboards, and vents were very dirty and dusty. Other than that, everything was great! if we could be ensured of cleanliness, we would stay again!

No issues at all during our vacation. We come every year in October and always choose the unit. Weather was great with a brief cool spell that did not keep us off the beautiful beach. We will be back in 2023.Bender Vacation folks were great and made our check in and check out very easy.

There were coffee runs down the cabinets, sand and dirty floors and bathroom showers were dirty! Management company offered to come and clean, but who wants to have the condo cleaned once you are there! Very inconvenient and unprofessional on their part.

The view is just as stunning as the listing described! Location is fabulous. Condo has recently been redecorated and was lovely. Clean, inviting. We were very happy with this rental.

Gulf Shores Vaca

The condo was spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and small appliances. Loved the view from the spacious balcony and the comfy outdoor furniture. We are and played games while enjoying the gorgeous view.

Under dresser there was heavy dust a cheeto and piece of candy. Middle bedroom had stuff under bed. Condo did not have clean scent. We should receive a refund of the $250 cleaning fee.
