4.5 bath condo encompasses the entire 6th floor of Oceania (the first two floors are the indoor pool and fitness center). Small private building has just 14 condos, each with floor-to-ceiling windows, and balconies on all sides of the building. Located on a gorgeous stretch of Gulf Shores sugar-white sand beach.

The condo has a 30' wide great room with beach views all around, a wet bar, a big dining table, a long breakfast bar complete with bar stools and a 60' flatscreen TV. Wi-Fi, of course! Well-stocked & gorgeous kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, an oversized refrigerator and lots of counter space for multiple cooks. We stocked it for those of you who like to cook.

Each of the 4 large bedrooms has a private bath, a balcony, seating, and a large flatscreen TV so you have both space for togetherness, and a nice getaway. The master king bedroom has a deluxe bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and large separate shower. A second king bedroom has both beach views and a lagoon-view balcony, plus a large chaise-type sofa to relax. The third bedroom has a pair of queen beds, a loveseat-sized sofa and a beachview balcony. The fourth bedroom also has a pair of queens and a lagoon-view balcony. It has a pair of huge bean bag chairs that are perfect for the kids to settle in if they bring along their favorite game system.

Oceania has an indoor/outdoor pool and indoor hot tub that can be enjoyed in any weather. The pool area also has a grill and tables and chairs. It leads right to the beach walkover so you a just a few feet from the beach, not hundreds of feet. There is even beach service available so you can arrange with Ike's Beach Service to have your chairs and umbrellas waiting for you right in front of the condo. There is also a fitness center on the condo's second floor.

Oceania is located in Gulf Shores .8 miles west of Hwy 59 and the Hangout, so you are close enough to easily walk to Bahama Bob's for dinner, or down to the main public beach, the Hangout and more. It is a great combination of quiet building, yet close to everything.

Oceania is truly one of a kind! Amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, direct boardwalk beach access, grilling area, fitness center, and more. Enjoy the view right from your balcony or take a walk down to the white sandy beach, perfect for tanning in the sun, searching for seashells, throwing a frisbee, and more. The Alabama sun makes the sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters inviting for a swim!

Great location near the beach. The roominess was a plus for our families. The views wonderful. Overall the furnishings could use some updates and TLC. But we would definitely stay here again.

Gulf Shores special condo

The property was as represented. Loved the fact that it was one very large condo per floor and the security measures with the key cards made it feel really safe. Wonderful beachfront views from the balcony. Great location for restaurants, shopping, and golf. Lots of space inside the condo with very large bedrooms and living area.

The whole family was so impressed with Oceana. It was perfect. Loved that the balcony was across the total front of the condo. My family of 13 stayed and it was very spacious everyone had plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful. So roomy. Our only complaints were the tvs didnt work and the heat in the back were not working. We called mai te nance and they were able to fix it up.

Nice condo

It is the second or third time we have stayed at this same oceania 4. It has a great location and beautiful view of the beach. We probably will not stay in 4 again unless we see they up date their condo. Furniture in living area is extremely worn and dirty. If new furniture in sitting area and tv area are in need of replacing. The rail outside is dangerous , large bent area for our grandson and tv is not outdated in LR. Beds are great.

Ginormous Space

The property is huge! We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Things we liked best: super comfy beds and big soft pillows; very secure property (although be very careful to watch your small children, easy to jump on elevator from room and get lost); every bedroom was huge, had a bathroom, and a balcony; super short walk to beach; tons of "toys" (beach supplies and kids toys, including wagon to pull everything to the beach); huge fridge (although didn't keep everything super cool); small market across the street for quick grocery items. Space is a little worn and needs a quality check and some upgrades, but we still loved it, and would stay here, again.

Not handicap accessible

Wheelchair accessible in this case means you can roll off the elevator I guess. There are NO grab bars in bathrooms for tubs or walk in shower NO hand held sprayer and NO raised toilets. Loved that the condo had king and queen beds in all bedrooms as we were a group of adults. Also plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the fabulous views and look for dolphins!

On day one - bar ice machine broken. Called maintenance someone came out. Never repaired during our stay. On day one - sugar ants on kitchen counter. Reported to maintenance when they came out to fix ice machine but never resolved problem. On day two - we bought ant spray to try to remedy problem Overall family enjoyed Oceania #4

Underwhelmed

We were disappointed with our stay at the Oceania. While the condo was clean and very spacious, it clearly needed updating. Peeling paint, missing handles in the master shower, and cracked floor tiles were just a few things. The building facilities were even worse. The fitness center was small, dirty and filled with a few pieces of crappy equipment. The pool was small and unimpressive. Everything just felt worn down. There was no noise proofing to speak of and we constantly heard sirens, trucks, and noise from the condos above and below us. There was a shooting a few blocks from the condo while we were there. The one plus was the beach, which was beautiful and clean. We are unlikely to return to Gulf Shores, but if we do, we would not stay here.
