Picked this rental to accommodate a group of 7 with an age range of 40 years between the oldest and youngest, and everyone loved it! Perfect for everyone, especially those who enjoy cooking. Every little detail in all the rooms is thought-out. I'd love to visit again, thanks for having us!

What a wonderful getaway my family had to Meredith Lodging! The house was absolutely perfect- a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony, super close beach access, a basketball hoop and playground close by… enough room and things to do for my family of 6 to just kick back (hot tub included!) We actually extended our stay an extra day because we weren’t ready to leave! Thank you so much for the amazing accommodations and fair pricing! We are forever appreciative of the memories we were able to make!!

Great family spring break beach trip !

Had a great spring break with grandkids and family ! Love this house ! Great bedrooms , plenty of bathrooms and you can tell whoever owns this house is a cook , great kitchen … would definitely stay here again , thanks for letting us rent your house !

Such a Sweet Place!

Did a friend getaway and spent three fantastic nights here. We would have loved to have stayed longer, it was so wonderful. Clean, well-equipped, and clearly cared about. Some highlights we loved were the hot tub, high ceilings, open concept, fireplace, cozy throw blankets, game table, tv room, windows everywhere, beach view and short walk to roads end. Thanks for the great stay!

Overall good experience

The experience overall was good. Location was great. Photos a bit misrepresented of the actual property. Very well stocked home. Fridge went out and was out almost 24 hours before they finally got someone out to repair after multiple calls and messages. They did make it right eventually. Would stay here again

Not very clean

The house is cute and a quick drive to the beach but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. The downstairs walk in shower had hair, dirt and grim in the tile as well as the drain was clogged and didn’t allow for water to drain properly. The hot tub had scum and sand in it, so it was only used once. The gas stove top took awhile to get working and we had to turn off the fireplace in the living room in order for it to work. We showed up to check in at 3:58 (check in is at 4) and the cleaners were still there and were not very friendly. Definitely frustrated with the cleaning fee and hot tub fee considering it was in the condition it was.

Sister Beach Retreat

It was the perfect and quiet location at Roads End. Easy walk to the beach at the quiet end of Lincoln City. Newer neighborhood and all homes are very maintained. The home was beautiful inside and out. Lots of seating for meals and playing card games. Kitchen is fully stocked-so impressive! Ocean views from the great room and main deck with a gas grill. Jacuzzi spa was perfect at the end of a relaxing and fun filled day. Only challenge is if you have seniors who have issues climbing stairs to get to the main living level. We highly recommend the Mill House otherwise.

Graduation party

The location and property were amazing. It would have been nice to have a hose and mop available on the top deck, there are a lot of pigeon's and they pooped on the deck, a lot, and with no way to clean it up it was hard to enjoy. But everything else was amazing. We would definitely book with Meredith lodging again, they have a lot of beautiful property along the coast.

Charming place with a great view & nice neighborhood.

Loved the location of this place. Nice, quiet neighborhood and charming decor and interior. Check in was easy, overall making the experience stress free. The view from the upper balcony is lovely and relaxing, with a very short drive or walk to the beach. The hosting team was very pleasant to work with, just unavailable for responses until right before the stay. After that, timely communication. The only things I would mention are: • While pets are allowed, the pet policy isn’t made easily available to see online. Instead, it is posted inside the house. It was a bit of a let down only because we tried to choose a location where our dogs were allowed on the furniture with us, only to find out upon arrival that it wasn’t permitted. • The bathroom cleanliness wasn’t the best, like black residue left behind on the faucets with hair and dirt in the shower.

Nice clean house in a Quiet neighborhood

Everything was very well organized and clean apon arrival. The house didn’t dissapoint. The home is a short walk to the beach and is located in a quite neighborhood. Great views from the top balcony and a short drive to knoll trail head, casino, and grocery store. Only complaint is the door to get outside to the hot tub is located in the rear bedroom so anyone that wants to use it has to either go around the front or wall thru someones bedroom. This was a small thing. Everything else was amazing. Much appreciated!

Enjoyable Easter Weekend

This accommodation is beautiful. Dog friendly and perfect location for families with kids. Just a short walk to the beach. And absolutely everything you possibly could need has been thought of. Perfect weekend getaway.

A beautiful home with a great view

This home has it all, I mean everything you could possibly need. In addition to all of the amenities, the home was truly beautiful and so comfortable. The ocean view was spectacular! The highlight of the trip for my 5 year old grandson was the friendly doe in the backyard. We were coming back from the hot tub and she was not more than a few feet from us. We will definitely be staying there again.

Last Summer Getaway

The house is so pretty and has a great view! We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect and the house is so close to the beach. The perfect getaway. The only thing I would suggest is updated instructions for the tv. It would also be great to have some instructions for the grill gas hose hookup. But we made our dishes in the nice cast iron skillets in the kitchen. The kitchen is so well stocked with dishes, utensils and even a large spice selection. The bed was very comfortable too. We loved the lighting options in each room. The lamps create a nice warm ambiance. I loved the attention to detail to have books, binoculars, blankets and beach chairs. We will be back.

Great!

Was a great stay we really enjoyed our weekend. Our cars battery died when we where trying to leave and the friendly property manager stopped by and gave us a jump. Would definitely stay again.

Lighting upstairs was inadequate in the living area. Stairs were very long for youngster, & oldster. Beautiful view, easy access to lovely beach.
