Lovely home and amazing location just up the street from beach access! The beds were comfortable and house was family friendly with lots of games and amenities like full kitchen and laundry. We only had a few minor issues with home maintenance but overall had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Great stay

This property was just as listed and easy access to the beach. It’s very nice to have a pet friendly place to stay, and the upstairs has lots of room for gathering and playing games!

Quick easy walk to beach

It’s a wonderful place to stay!!

It was very clean and so much more spacious than we thought. Beds weee great too! Heated floors in master bathroom with fancy shower was incredible! Hot tub was super clean and loved our deck view. Zero complaints and the company was very easy to talk to with any questions. We were very pleased!!!

Great location

We had a little family reunion. Was fun to walk to beach, build sand castles and fly kites, make s'mores in firepit, relax in hot tub, play board games and explore the area.

Lincoln City two blocks from the beach

Roomy house, well equipped kitchen, nice small yard with hot tub and fire pit. It was so nice to open the windows and hear (and see) the ocean. Our family really enjoyed the stay at this house.

Roads End Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental house worked out well. Fair view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Nice kitchen and open layout upstairs.

Easter family weekend

Beautiful house in the roads end neighborhood in Lincoln city. The rest of the family had another house a couple blocks away. Beautiful upstairs living area with two fireplaces, great kitchen, great deck, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Fenced in yard for dogs too.

New Year weekend

Overall the Rental was great. Only issue was the smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night due to a low battery. They were quick to send someone the next morning to replace them.

Spacious house with nice view!

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this house for a quick get away. The house is close to the beach and has a nice view of the ocean from the upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bathrooms. We liked that it had a nice fenced backyard for our dog. One day we came back to the house and found 3 deer in the driveway which was pretty exciting. We've stayed at a lot of different rentals over the years-this one was one of our favorites. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two families of five meet each year on the Oregon coast to spend a long weekend together. This house was perfect for us! There was plenty of room, and things to do for all of the kids. The enclosed yard with fire pit and hot tub were delightful, and it was so great that this house allowed us to bring our fur child as well! Hard to find these days. This house is a 2 minute walk to the beach, yet at the end of a quiet culdesac. Great house, we will for sure be staying here again!!

Excellent Lincoln City Rental

We recently spent 4 nights at the Roads End Roost. What a fantastic VRBO rental experience. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again if we visit Lincoln City again. The things we loved about this home:Beds - the beds and pillows were excellent. The king size bed in the master bedroom was more comfortable than our bed at home. Kitchen - the kitchen has everything you could want or need. Dishes, pans, knives, bowls, cookie sheets, blender, toaster. We cooked a lot during our stay and wanted for nothing. We’ve not stayed in a VRBO with a kitchen this well stocked. Location - one block from the beach, quiet dead end street, very short drive to the grocery store and Starbucks. Amenities - this home is very well appointed. big screen tv, Sonos music, fast WiFi, board games, books, fun all table, hot tub, and a fenced back yard.If you’re looking for a family and dog friendly rental in Lincoln City, look no further. We highly recommend this place.

Nice layout

This property was a very nice stay. You can hear the ocean and there is an ocean view, best in the kitchen/upper deck. The two large bedrooms had comfortable beds! We didn’t use the bunk beds. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, short of frying pans though. We made it work just fine. Hot tub was great, though the lock was rusted shut. I called in the morning and it was takes care of by mid day. My only suggestion as summer comes is to tidy up the outside deck furniture and planters. Nice secure small area for your per. Lots of potential there.

Not what was expected at price.

Not super happy over all. Starting with the positives. Check in and check out we're very easy and well communicated. Lots of space and not far from the beach. Quite neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen and bedrooms. Negatives. -Dog hair everywhere. -Beer bottle caps and cigarettes surrounding the hot tub. -light bulbs were burned out everywhere in the house. Including the master bedroom had all the light bulbs burned out so we had to take a bulb from the other room just to get a lamp to work in the master bedroom... - The hot tub lock was broken. The lock was a cable strung across the cover and padlocked to the ground. The actual cable was broken and tied together and would not reach the anchor point. I ended up having to use my own strap to secure the hot tub so the little kids would not get in it. - The garage is locked down which I've never seen at a rental.. we brought our bikes and a few other things we normally store in the garage. So if you bring these items be prepared to secure them outside of on your vehicle.. Overall not happy. It's a big house so it was on par with the other homes price wise, however it was severely lacking compared to other homes at the same price or cheaper.. wish I chose a different home.

Had we been notified, we would have gladly sent our housekeeping over to address your cleanliness concerns and maintenance for the light bulbs and hot tub. We have shared your concerns with our local team, and would like to note that the hot tub lock has been fixed since your stay; however the garage is still locked as every home is individually owned, and this is up to the discretion of the owner. We value your booking, and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a better rental experience in the future.

Deck in poor condition and very unsafe

We got there when they said we were allowed to check in and the cleaning crew was still there and told us to come back in an hour and a half and that we could not put our groceries away. We walked down to the beach and called the property management and they told us that we could go back and sit in the backyard in the rain. When we got back we opened the gate to a bunch of dog poop. The cleaning crew had left but not told us so we had to figure that out ourselves. When we went back inside we noticed there were cords exposed everywhere and was not the most safe for my 2 year olds. There was trash left in the house and no shampoo, soap, or paper towels. We went back to the store to restock all of that stuff ourselves. Taking my dog out to the bathroom down the back three stairs I fell and sprained my ankle. The deck has a ton of screws exposed and rotting wood. There appears to be mold in the guest bathroom shower on the roof. That bathroom doesn’t plug either so you can’t use the bath. It was a really great location with good parking. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The hot tub was clean and warm. There is a coffee maker and an espresso machine too, but no filters for the coffee. Overall we enjoyed the stay just had to be creative with gates for the kids and keeping them away from the exposed wires and off the deck.
