We’re so happy to hear you had such a peaceful and relaxing stay! 🌴 It sounds like the perfect getaway, and we’re glad Melinda could assist you during your trip. Thank you for the kind words and recommendation – we’d love to welcome you back for another serene escape! 🌞🌊

Glad you liked the home and the views. We try to be completely open with our guests to make sure they have all the information. This location is best for kayaking (kayak provided) since there are rocks upon entry into the sea. The seaweed is a force of nature, which we cannot control. The island has been experiencing issues this year with seaweed, depending on location. It comes and goes, depending on the seas and weather patterns. It is our pleasure to assist you with any future travel to the island.

Thank you for sharing your East End experience at Cayman Paradise Villa #1! 🌴 We're delighted your family of 10 enjoyed discovering local gems like Taco Cantina. We appreciate your candid feedback about the beach conditions - it helps future guests plan their perfect island adventure. How wonderful that it led you to explore our island's diverse beaches! Your family getaway spot awaits your return! 🌅

It was our pleasure having Iain and his group as our guests, and happy to hear they had an enjoyable stay. There has been some seaweed again in Cayman this summer, as this typical seasonal movement occurs throughout the Caribbean; which unfortunately was the case during Iain's stay. Happy to have them return anytime, and thanks again for choosing us!

So glad you enjoyed the home and the location. Truly a great family get away property. We will make sure the loft air conditioning checked on. Thanks for letting us know. Please come and stay with us again!

Cayman Paradise Villa 1 truly sounds like it lived up to its name! 🌴 We’re delighted your family enjoyed the fantastic location, stunning views, and easy beach access that made this holiday week so special. It’s wonderful to know the kids had fun in the sand, and that the pool and nearby restaurants added to your experience. We also appreciate your feedback about the paper products and propane situation. While amenities and provisions can vary by property, we value your input as it helps us identify ways to enhance the guest experience. Our team is always looking for ways to add those personal touches that make every stay extra memorable. Thank you for recommending Cayman Paradise Villa 1! We’d love to welcome you back for another getaway filled with sunshine, smiles, and unforgettable memories. 🌊☀️

So glad you enjoyed your stay, please come again soon!

Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay with us again during your visit to Grand Cayman — we’re always grateful to welcome returning guests. 🌴 It’s unfortunate that your recent experience didn’t align with your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond and provide further clarity. Regarding the kayak, this amenity was removed from our listing in early 2024. We’ve taken steps to ensure all property descriptions reflect this update. It’s possible there may have been confusion with a neighboring property or a previous listing viewed elsewhere, but we strive to keep all details accurate and current. As for the air conditioner, our villas include posted guidance on ideal temperature settings to help prevent issues like freezing. In this instance, the settings were adjusted below those recommendations, which unfortunately led to the unit malfunctioning. A technician was dispatched promptly after we were contacted to assess and begin repairs. When it comes to insects, we understand it can be unexpected for some guests. While we perform regular preventative maintenance, Cayman’s tropical climate and beachfront environment occasionally bring natural elements with them — something typical across island destinations. We were genuinely surprised to hear that the communication felt unkind, as this is not reflective of the interactions we strive for. Our property management team consistently receives positive feedback for their attentiveness and professionalism. We take all guest feedback seriously and will use this as an opportunity to ensure every guest continues to feel valued and respected throughout their stay. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We’re committed to creating relaxing, enjoyable experiences that showcase the best of Grand Cayman, and we hope you continue to make beautiful memories here in the future.
